I have tried many places and this by far is my favorite. My parents and sister and I have gone there for years. I haven't found a place that gives better leg and hand/arm messages. My nails also last for a long time. When I took my 86 year old Mother there yesterday Vickie who was doing her toes had her stay in her chair that she had been in for her manicure. Vickie got on the floor and did her feet because she has trouble getting in and out of the pedicure chair. All the workers we know, are amazing (Kelly,Vickie,Lisa,Lynn and even Sally who can be very serious is amazing) I wait until I am in Greenville to get my nails done. Upon reviewing the receipt after leaving the salon, I discovered a 2.25% convenience fee had been added to my transaction without any prior disclosure. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was immediately offered a refund. However, my concern was never the amount itself. The issue is transparency. Customers should be informed of any additional fees before a transaction is completed so they can make an informed decision about whether to proceed. There was no signage posted at the register, and the fee was never verbally disclosed during checkout. Additionally, staff engaged my minor child in personal conversations regarding her appearance without first addressing me as her parent. As we were leaving, we were also repeatedly encouraged to leave a 5-star review, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. Businesses have an obligation to be transparent regarding pricing and fees. Undisclosed charges, even small ones, undermine customer trust. I believe customers deserve full disclosure of all fees before payment is processed, not after they review their receipt. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we may think twice about returning.

When we arrived,…read moreI signed in on the tablet and specifically selected/signaled that we were there for a children's pedicure service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter "wasn't a kid" because she was too tall. She then stated that kid pedicures were only for children 9 and under, which seemed like a completely random rule considering it was posted nowhere on the service menu, booking system, or anywhere in the salon that customers could clearly see beforehand. I also want to clarify that at no point did I scream at anyone. I firmly and respectfully asked her to show me where the alleged 9-year-old cutoff for kid services was posted, and she was unable to provide that information because it was not displayed anywhere. Additionally, despite mentioning it later in her response online, she never informed me in person about any student discount being available. My daughter is still very much a child, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing in front of her. As a parent, I expect businesses to show kindness and professionalism, especially when interacting with children. Height does not determine whether someone is a child, and if there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and displayed for customers ahead of time. While the salon itself may be nice, the customer service and approach we experienced left a negative impression. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism, accountability, and clearer communication moving forward.

Horrible nails and service…read more While a majority of the staff was very kind, the tech who did my nails was incredibly rude. I requested corrections to the nail shape and bulkiness multiple times and was met with an eye roll and told it would be fixed later every time. When I asked for a specific nail's shape to be corrected I was flat out told no, but when I asked again the shape was half heartedly corrected while the tech told me it was my fault and that all the nails were even. (They were not.) The nail shape still did not match the corresponding nail on the other hand. The nail tech also used a curved nail tip, which if you didn't know makes the nail look like it's pointing up if you get almond since the tip of your nail will be right at the apex of the curve. I will not be returning.
