I do have to admit when it arrived the scratch and dent is much more extensive than originally described. The handles are scratched in multiple places and there are several small dents along both sides of the refrigerator, most of which are against the cabinet side and won't show. I am waiting on new handles to arrive, but so far it has been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good about the delivery team that arrived and helped today. I would give them 5 stars! They went above and beyond as our house has funny doorways and corners, and it wasn't easy to maneuver. They installed it without scratching or denting any trim, floors, the appliance. Armando and Taylor were awesome. I couldn't be happier with this delivery team! Thank you!

Still under warranty, but they won't come and repair it. After many calls all we get is the run around. Our claim is " being reviewed" by the repair dept. Don't REVIEW IT- come and fix the damn machine. So while we wait and wait we have to pay to go to a laundry mat. So done with them and their terrible customer service. When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly.

Hoping there might be some consideration for purchasing a new replacement - there was no offer and it was suggested we call the manfacture. The manfacture only interacts with dealers. Thatcher's response when asked about our options of purchasing another, better quality handrail - was "we don't have other options and don't sell many handrails". It was a frustating. We pruchased a handrail that fastened to the steps for $50 vs our Thatcher handrail that had a plate that slid under the tub for $300. Given our experience, the $50 is a better design for less $$$. Other Experiences. Our other experiences - purchase, install, maintenance have been good, no problems/concerns.
