It's a big store filled with great items such as rugs, pictures, cabinets and furniture. It is definitely worth visiting! They also have some reasonable prices. I am always looking for deals! The random collection of goods, including artwork, was interesting to peruse through. I don't know that I saw anything was particularly a good deal in terms of price, but to be honest I was merely window shopping and didn't really have plans to purchase anything. However, I did see a few things that I liked and probably would have considered a purchase if I were actually seeking to decorate. Other than that, the smell of fresh popped popcorn filled the area near the entrance so its probably not a good idea to go in this store hungry.

However, I reached out to them because they were one of the only places in possession of a specific material I discovered and badly wanted (which is discontinued and in short shrift) for a long-awaited counter replacement. A representative contacted me to inform me that they only installed in their state (which is to be expected for these services). However, the rep also located a similar business very close to where I live, a business that carries this line of products, and explained they might have the product. I spent a lot of time looking for this brand near me, and didn't find this business- which is why I was emailing SC from NYS. I never would have found it on my own (I am a relentless searcher and hadn't), and they didn't have to take time out to help out someone who can't use their services. But they did. This is a long review for a relatively to-the-side-of-the-point anecdote, but it's the kind of anecdote I'd like to know when deciding who to let touch my modest but well-loved house. This store has almost every kitchen gadget that you can imagine. They have a couple of walls full of all sorts of kitchen gadgets. One thing really cool about this place is buying appliances. If you don't like the appliance that you've bought.... even if you've already used it several times ....YOU CAN BRING IT BACK AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! I think that's an awesome thing they offer. I just recently started juicing and I wasn't sure which juicer I wanted. It was great buying it from Bed Bath and Beyond, because I had the security of knowing that if I messed up on my selection... I could try something else. Their staff is always helpful too. They always ask if they can help you find what you need. I like getting service in stores. Kinda rare there days. They sell kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, bathroom stuff, pictures, rugs, candles, Yankee candles, picture frames.... AND all those "As seen on TV" items. I can spend at least an hour every time I come in just looking at all the cool things they have. Also the store almost always has a 20% off coupon going on which helps a lot .... Especially competing with Target next door. This is a great store to come to when shopping for yourself or others. It's also a place that a lot of couples getting married register at. I will continue to come here. It's a great place to buy yourself stuff and a great place to buy gifts. :)

Mary at the front desk was kind, patient, helpful, and professional in my process of deciding what I wanted. She explained the entire process to me so there was no confusion. Mike Burnside came out and did all of the measuring with great care. Mike Burnside, David Wiggins, and Patience removed the old kitchen counter and sink, the old bathroom counters and sinks and replaced the counters with Quartz, porcelain sinks in the bathroom, and a stainless steel sink in the kitchen. These guys are professional, kind, and they were very careful in our home. A couple of weeks later, Mike Burnside, Fella (don't know his real name) and Marquel came to tear out the old shower and install the new one. Again, these guys were very professional and took great care in our home. I am so happy with everything I chose. It looks really beautiful. But what is much more important to us is that these guys treated our home as if it was theirs. They all are meticulous in their various jobs. If something isn't just right they work until it is. Remodeling is stressful to most any homeowner, however this crew made the process fairly easy for us with their professionalism, with the way they explained things step by step, even with their sense of humor. It is so rare these days to find a company that actually cares and where the workers take pride in what they do, where they show up when they say they will, and they do not spend all day on their phones. I just cannot say enough good things about everyone I came in contact with at Micalline.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They ran the direction of the counter in all different directions,…read morenothing matching. Kitchen has it changing from left-right to front-back in the middle of the counter. All four of the bathroom vanities run in different directions and the backsplashes do not match the vanity tops. One side runs the same the other is turned 90 degrees. They never gave us a layout. The stone wasn't sealed so water marks showed everywhere until we sealed it ourselves. There are tape marks on the kitchen surface. They sent three people with bottle of Bar Keepers Friend to fix it. Didn't work, still have tape marks. What a mess they made of some beautiful and expensive quartzite stone.

When I did, I was told to check another location because the other store nearby had them in stock. That was another fail!
