From the start, the staff seemed more interested in searching for cameras than in actually completing any work. When they did get to it, their effort was minimal at best, and they wasted hours on pointless conversations. To make matters worse, the yard was left in disarray, with cigarette butts , drink bottles, cans, and fast food wrappers strewn about. Their time management was a joke--what should have been a simple project dragged on for months. If you want to avoid being constantly frustrated, don't hire these people. The owner is incredibly unprofessional, often arriving late and leaving mid-day or getting into loud, public phone arguments with his mate. Get your camera and popcorn ready. You'll also notice him speaking to someone who isn't there, as though having a conversation with an invisible person. On top of that, he'll constantly ask for more money, even though the job is far from complete, and will " lose" the receipts or any record of work. I regret ever giving them a chance.
