I don't know how exactly my mother found him but Stephen and his company has truly surpassed every milestone and expectation and went above and beyond. My mother and I are of Asian descent and although my English is as American as it can get...; my mother can be hard to understand many times with her English. The day of roofing came and his team treated our property and our neighbors as if they lived there. Even before beginning work, Stephen reached out to make sure if we wanted our satellites re installed. Staging, demolition of the roof was clean throughout and the entire 2000 ? sq foot home and was completed in 1-2 days ( maybe one day). Came by to make sure and went over warranty information with my mother :) and then myself(over the phone). We were so impressed with his professionalism, work, communication that we preceded to have his company work on my home, as well as my sister's in the near future( hopefully by August). If every company could operate like Stephen's Holding roofing company, workmanship, then we would have a perfect world of trustworthy people.
