At first, everything looked great and we were happy with the initial installation. However, we ran into a drainage issue that seemed to stem from the turf being installed too high. We paid an additional $500 to have it pulled back so French drains could be installed. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Calls were not returned, and the few text responses we received were vague and at times came across as rude. When they finally came back to reinstall the turf, they used a strip that's clearly a different shade and didn't secure it properly--now it's lifting. Because of the communication issues and how disrespectful the interaction felt, we're hesitant to even contact them to fix it. The rest of the yard looks great, which is the most frustrating part--they had the ability to do a good job, but the customer experience and follow-through were deeply disappointing.

I tried to settle and have him chip in for some tree service, he agreed and reneged. He promised to power wash my deck and his work when he was done. Still waiting.. They have outright refused to honor the 2 year warranty and gladly welcomed the idea of taking them to court. This company is one of the worst I have dealt with for customer service and strongly advise against using them for anything. They count on doing crap work for a good amount of money and will gladly hope you don't take legal action against them. They will be proven wrong, although they may be bankrupt by the time of our court date.

From the first call to the completion Rejoyce Landscaping exceeded ANY of my expectations. The plants are of wonderful quality and the finished project looks amazing. I had a clear vision and Nick took great care in discussing with us what we wanted to see and not just push his ideas. He addressed any concerns and was open to my last minute changes. (That change was actually what he originally suggested) Being more specific, Nick originally suggested rocks in lieu of mulch. I chose mulch. I paid over $2000 to clean up and relandscape a small side and area behind a screened in patio. Rep was attentive and prompt with the quote and even during the one day job. But once they left, the problems began. They did not lay down weed barrier which meant weeds started popping up immediately. In fact, creeping weeds I had never seen in my yard before started popping up. Although I clearly stated I knew nothing about landscaping and did not want high-maintenance plantings, every single item they planted became overgrown and out of control within the first two months. Not only that, 3 large plants died in the first month and when doing an inventory, they failed to plant 3 others I paid for. I called all this in to Natural Wonders and was assured it would be taken care of. In fact, I had been given the option of monthly maintenance and assumed we would address the problems once I could get them here for that never heard from them again even after repeated messages were left. They may be great with the design work but if you do not have a green thumb and are depending on them to follow up on problems or even for monthly service, I wouldn't recommend. I definitely didn't get what I paid for and would never use them again.

Kyle was the first person I met and he came out to my house, did an assessment, and got the eagle eye view of my roof done. Within a day I had a quote, thousands cheaper!!! I was a bit scared to go with a company that was $6-8 K cheaper, but I had nothing to fear. They sent me to their provider to see the tile choice I had and I chose one that I was expecting to cost a lot (pure white). They got it in quicker than expect, past every inspection as they came from the city and finished the job quietly and neatly. My driveway was perfectly in tact, they covered my pool. Everything was done, the PM on the job was Adrian and he was a straight forward and honest guy to work with. Very reasonable.
