I don't normally right reviews but I was impressed with Argo's presentation and he wasn't pushy. We chose to go with Home Renew 360 to do a complete new roof on our home. Argo gave me updates with pictures on each step. The workers were very respectful, they cleaned up the area every day. They worked hard throughout the day. A neighbor walked her dog every day & let me know they were really good workers. After the roof was done Arik came out with Argo to inspect the roof to make sure everything was good. Argo came out again to check a few minor things & I asked him if I could walk the roof. He walked the roof with me, pointing out different things that were done. This was very helpful for the home insurance renewal that was coming up. I appreciated everything that Argo did to gets us a new roof & to help with the financing. read more

This company will not provide a real quote; they however will give arbitrary and outrageous numbers beyond your normal expectation. We asked them for a quote for a 5x8 bathroom remodel. We made sure to confirm over the phone that they have all the materials needed to the job because we wanted 1 stop shopping. Shiran showed up, took a quick look and let us know that we have to get all of the material we want prior to the job and that they were only responsible for the labor and rough material. Without any itemization, she then proceeded to show the estimate on her calculator, which said $24,999. Once again, this number did not include any of the materials needed for the job. After she left, we contacted another another company that provides both labor and material. In the end, we got a quote of approximately $12,000 for a complete remodel. The only good thing to say about Home Renew 360 is that they are very responsive; however their method of pricing is kinda ridiculous. read more

My roof was leaking in two different areas, and I reached out to several companies for quotes. Almost all the roofing companies wouldn't touch the job as I have solar panels on much of the roof. Even though the leaks were clearly not under the solar, they wanted to replace the entire roof and priced out removing and reinstalling the solar. Thankfully, Home Renew 360 sent an experienced project manager Amir, who was able to diagnose the problem and took the time to explain all the scenarios. He suggested fixing the two separate areas of the roof and leaving the solar panels and if there was still an issue, we'd do the larger project. He even built into the quote a price for rotten wood (under the tiles) and told us that they wouldn't charge that line item, should the wood be in good condition. Amir sent a detailed quote with dates and expected time for permits from the city. Everything went smoothly from start to finish! The line item for rotten wood was removed (as the wood was ok underneath.) Very honest and professional! We have had one big rain since the fix and thankfully no leaks! Unfortunately I have to now give this company a negative review as I had two gentlemen come out to give me a quote on a new roof and the quote was extremely high, they were very pushy, very much like a car salesman. Eventually had two more companies come out. I went with another licensed company that gave me a quote that was less than half of this company's quote. My project manager was Aidan Mizrahi and he was amazing! He knew exactly what I needed to get done to accomplish the goal of fixing the issue of my crawlspace flooding when it rains. He was thorough and dependable-always available to answer my questions and was honest if I needed to add something to the project or not. I'm glad I went with Home Renew360 because they did incredible workin a timely manner. When I'm ready to do more work I will give Idan a call and they will eventually renovate my whole home! I had such a great experience with this company! I've done other home renovations in the past and wish I had used Home Renew 360. My project manager was Avi and I can't say enough good things about him - I'd give him at least 6 out of 5 stars if I could. His communication on every aspect of the project was fantastic, he was always professional, and responded promptly any time I had questions. I'm sure my project (cabinet installation in the dining room) was one of their smallest, but I never felt like my project was less important than any other...Avi always made time for me and was here on site every step of the way. Hili, the designer, was also great! She's extremely fast at doing the designs, and I loved that her first question was to ask what I wanted and what I had in mind. We requested a quote online for 1. Insulation in our garage and 2. Putting up new outdoor walls/fencing. The gentleman came on time and was very cordial. But let me tell you, he came READY to sell us a new roof. We tried going over what we were looking to have done, but he just kept looking at the roof kind of brushing off everything we were telling him. Barely even listening. He went over how our roof needed x,y,z. Which is fine. Good to know. He readily had samples of roofing materials in his car, a nice booklet about their roofing jobs and even showed us testimonials from seniors he probably conned into redoing their roofs. He kept going on about how they are roofers. Roofers, roofers, roofers. He insisted there's NO pressure. BUT he's going to call us in two days for us to make a decision to lock in our "discount". Lol but no pressure. If you're a roofer why are you coming to quote walls and fencing? I understand all companies need to make money and up-sells are common. That doesn't bother me. But he ignored what we asked and completely left without ANY quotes from the original things we wanted. No quotes on fencing or insulation. None. He came READY AND DETERMINED to try and up-sell us a new roof at almost 20K. And we never even got to getting quotes for the other things. It felt so dishonest. Why waste our time if you don't care about the projects we actually want done? Honestly if our roof was that bad, yes, we will invest. But we were completely blown off about the other things because the roof would obviously be the money maker. They may do good work, but man they are just worried about $$$$ read more

The worst experience and expensive. I experienced unprofessionalism, inefficiency and disrespect. Their project managers were all over the place, took 6 months to complete, trash was left in my driveway for months, damage was done to my closet walls (they closed the hole but did not redo the paint job), and just wasted our time. They failed the majority of their city test so city had to keep coming back. Waste of time and money. I documented everything. Be sure to do the same if you must go with this company. One of their workers also left my front door wide open one of the days I had to step out that my neighbors had to call me to let me know (I have dogs that could have run out). Their workers Eddie, Benyamin and Adam were extremely rude, unprofessional and could not work well with others (our plumbers are fantastic and these guys couldn't communicate well their needs so plumbers had to keep coming back). Benyamin told me he would help me design my restroom and he did nothing. I had to use Pinterest to do it all while I had a medical condition that I prioritized but had this added unnecessary stress from a company I paid way too much for. Disappointing to say the least. No discount can make up for the loss of time and stress added for this job. read more

I scheduled an appointment with one of the Home Renew 360 project managers, Haim Kohlenberg to get a quote on my house bathroom remodeling. He showed up as scheduled and spent about 2 hours explaining all the available options for the bathroom remodeling. When our earthquake insurance carrier (CEA) recommended we have an earthquake we contacted four approved contractors from the Earthquake Bracelet and Bolt website. Roy from Home Renew 360 was the first and best to respond. His quote was not the lowest but it was close and he was much more professional the other contractors. After we accepted his proposal he scheduled the work to begin almost immediately. His crew was extremely hard working and did a great job. Roy did a great job of managing the project from first contact through final inspection. We had a few other projects that we started before we had heard of Roy and Home Renew 360 and which we would found them sooner. I scheduled a free estimate as stated on their website and when the project manager came to assess what type of work needs to be done for the remodel. He said that a deposit of $150 needs to be given for an estimate. I believe there is some type of communication disconnect between what was stated on the website versus what this project manager said. We called Home Renew 360 during one of the recent storms when our roof was leaking. It was a brand new roof (less than 1 year old) and unfortunately the previous roofer didn't honor their warranty. We had water dripping into our house so we were stuck. Asaf, our project manager, gave us a quote and got the work started right away. The quote was the highest we got, but their work was good. They specialize in and install solid roofs and Asaf did a great job throughout the process with the roof. With that being said, I'm removing a star because the company is very pushy. We have tons of other projects that we are looking to do and mentioning that to Home Renew 360 was a mistake. They gave me quotes and each one was super high. For example, they quoted 7.5k for concrete removal when another company quoted 4.5k. We have a bathroom fan that had its exhaust on our roof. We had wanted the exhaust rerouted to the side of the house, and figured that having the roof open was the best time to have it done. They sent 3 different people over on three separate days and none of them seemed to have a good plan for the bathroom. In particular, Aiden (one of the other project managers) told me that the job I was asking him for "wasn't worth his time and liability." He kept pressuring me to do other projects in a very rude way and I had to ask him to leave our house. After Aiden's visit they did lay back a bit, however; it really soured our opinion on hiring them for more work in the future. Additionally, they have asked probably 10 times to write this review so I feel as if many of the reviews here are pressured. It's unfortunate because we originally thought this would be a fantastic company to work with for an ADU and bathroom remodels. This 5 star rating is based on the initial meeting with Project Manager Daniel Michelson. My parents are in need of a reroofing to their home, and we all met with Daniel . We have been getting estimates from several roofers and we felt that if we decided to go with this company, it would be because of the professionalism, sincere, kind demeanor of Daniel. Viktor Hohlov was my project manager and he has been beyond fantastic. He kept his promise to be with me from day 1 of the project to the end. After many estimates and research we decided to go with HOME RENEW 360 for a new roof and gutters with leaf guard install. It was definitely the right choice! From the first initial contact to the last finishing touches HOME RENEW 360 was extremely professional, honest, efficient and exceeded my expectations. When I called for an estimate I had Arie "Erik" Gombinski and Idan Mizrahi show up the following day. They gave me the initial estimate and went through the whole process step by step on how the job was going to go, they showed me the material options and pricing. They also explained the many different financing options. After I explained what I needed they both came up with options that would meet my specific needs even double checking on overstocked inventory to ensure I get a good deal. From the start I could tell right away that they took the time to listen to my specific needs and did not try to up sale me on anything but instead spent the next few days (while I tried to make a decision) assuring I would get a good price within my budget. They even set up a group text so we could all three communicate more easily. I will be honest they are not the cheapest out there but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for and when it comes to something as important as your home I went with the company that felt the most professional and trustworthy. Through the whole process Arie and Idan were always in touch making sure everything ran smoothly. The crew was fast, professional and efficient. The roof was off in a day and up the following day with the crew working up til dark. Next were the gutters and leaf guards. About 4 years ago we hired Home Renew 360 to redo our roof, kitchen, and paint our house. We were initially quite happy with their work, but as you can see from the pictures, the kitchen floor did not last. When they were installing the tile floors, it cracked, but they fixed it and assured us that would not happen again. We are now 4 years down the line with fairly sizable cracks in our kitchen floor. Overall, we are satisfied with their work, but feel they could have done a significantly better job with our flooring so it would not have cracked. read more
