Passing through town on our way to Vegas. Great spot to rest and relax after a long trip. Checked in and asked for a room not facing the freeway. My husband also requested it when booking the hotel. We did not get the request (sad face). We made due with the room. It was cozy and relaxing. You can hear the highway a bit if you're a light sleeper. The room its self was clean. The bed was so comfy! I slept well! Breakfast the next morning was great! Please try of options. We loved the oatmeal bar. Coffee was decent. We'd stay here again!

We arrived on Saturday July 19,2025 and had our grandaughter with us on a vacation road trip . Hotel in summer should clean daily .

Today on Saturday July 19, arrived to unsanitary pool during a summer trip with granddaughter. Should be cleaned daily , will be reported to health department . Ruined our stay . Was told cleaned yesterday clearly not cleaned for days with the stains all over the bottom and no filter on.

Please consider when you are checking out to leave a tip for the hardworking Housekeepers. Thanks

Very large, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Nice, small gym with new equipment. The best part is large HD television allows Netflix streaming or you can watch about a dozen HBO/Showtime channels! If you are a light sleeper, ask for a Mountain facing room! Plenty of parking and a Safeway close by for grocery shopping. Recommend.

We made reservations using the Hilton app when we knew we would be passing through Kingman in early January. We are Hilton loyal and really like the Home2Suites line of Hilton properties. We appreciate the spaciousness, kitchenette and general setup. There were not any 1-bedroom suites available but they did have the studio suite which we ended up liking as well. The property is convenient to I-40 and also to the historic downtown area and Route 66. The hotel appears to be well kept and has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi tub and outdoor barbecue area with patio furniture and firepits. Our room was comfortable but we did notice that since we were located next to the elevators it was a bit noisy when the elevators would come up to the 4th floor but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend to others!

We just had a quick overnight on our way from LV to the Grand Canyon and this was the perfect place to stop. I would recommend! Room was a king and I called for just a standard we weren't expecting this suite - style room but for those with a longer stay or with families the kitchenette is so cute and comes in handy! Room was clean, staff were SO friendly and accommodating!! No parking charge. Would definitely book again.

My dog felt at home having a couch and so did we!

We stayed in Home2Suites last night. Very nice experience. The staff was friendly. The room was neat, clean & homey. I loved having the sitting room and kitchenette. I was disappointed there wasn't a cooktop- that would have made it epic. This was night and day from the Hilton Garden Inn in ABQ. Breakfast included although we left too early to try it. The staff was accommodating & provided an extra blanket within a few minutes of the request. I loved the relaxed low key vibe. Maybe it was just the day- but it wasn't crowded which was wonderful. I would definitely use them again and prefer home2suites atmosphere over the regular hotel. It's also dog approved!

Breakfast sandwich. Wasn't the best but it will work if you're starving

The place was fairly clean, modern, has a free breakfast, hot shower with good water pressure, and kind staff- esp John. Beds and pillows could be better, but I'd stay here again. Stayed during the weekend of Hurricane Hilary. I wanted a top floor, but when we got in a little before 1pm, only first floor rooms were available, so I took it. I didn't hear any heavy steppers above us so that was nice. The a/c definitely blows cold air. I couldn't get a happy medium for temperature so I opted to just put on a jacket. The complimentary breakfast was ok. I def saw that they had premade breakfast sandwiches, coffee and a waffle maker. So there is sustenance to be had. I booked two nights but didn't pay through the third party website- I opted to pay at the hotel. We didn't need to stay a second night after all and I spoke with the young brunette at the front desk. Since I did not prepay with the third party website, she assured me that my second night wouldn't be charged. It's been about 3 weeks and I haven't been charged so that's a good sign. No bug bites so I'm a happy camper.

I recently stayed in Kingman at the Hampton and after dealing with a few issues I showed up at the Home2 suites. I will say that the overall appearance and interior was newer and more updated but the staff was nice and courteous they let me use the business suite to print and get some work done because the Hamptons was not working. I typically stay at Hamptons but I feel like they are going downhill. Also parking with Trucks and trailers is more accommodating they have an oversized lot in front of the hotel. The Hampton only had regular parking and it was tight.

The carpet really needs to be cleaned.

We had the family suite room 124 and it was perfect for my family! Even better, there no stairs or elevator to deal with. One of us is having mobility difficulties at the moment and this was a very easy room for that family member to get to and to leave. The room was big and there was a separate room with a bed for the adults. I thought the bed was very comfortable and I was surprised how well I was able to sleep. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The breakfast in the lobby was possibly the nicest hotel breakfast I've ever seen. The homemade sausage gravy was delicious! They had an oatmeal bar, a station to make a burrito, cereals, yogurt, waffles, coffee & juices, pastries, bagels, and fresh cut fruit. They offered both sausage patties & sausage links and their eggs were really good. Breakfast is available from 6:00-9:30. I was at the end of my trip and had already washed our clothes or I would have made use of their launderette. It's really nice to have the option to run a quick load of laundry while on the road. They have a pool and jacuzzi that looked clean, but we never made it out there. At check in Bethany at the front desk helped me pick a room that would be easily accessible to our family member who had trouble getting around and she gave me a paper with a map of the hotel. On the back side of the map was another map of the immediate area with a list of various types of restaurants, banks, shopping, entertainment, car washes, and other services that travelers might need. I thought that was a thoughtful touch and appreciated it. We did end up dining at one of the restaurants on the list. It was less than 1 1/2 miles away so was conveniently located. I don't stay in Kingman every year, but I will definitely return to the Best Western Wayfarer Inn & Suites when I do!

No offer of a discount or even an apology. So, enjoy your one star review and all of the free information that I'm giving to better inform possible future customers.... First off, I was in the cleaning industry for over 25 years and I know the difference between a clean room and a dirty one within seconds. So, I took the liberty to fully inspect the room and I made notes for this review. We spent over $200 for one night and it's honestly top five of the nastiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Upon walking into the room, the air in the room even felt dirty so, I knew I was going to have a bad night. There was a fly infestation in our bottom level hotel room, we killed at least 12 flies in the room on the one night that we stayed there. We came in from dinner and I saw multiple rooms with their doors wide open, the tenants were smoking in the doorways of their rooms, and they had their crusty clothes drying on the railings, not a good look. The hotel felt very unsafe, type of hotel you don't want to walk around at night. Sheets were musty and not fresh. Towels were rough and stained. Shower curtain was moldy. Three extremely long black straight hairs were all over the shower chair. Crusted blue soap on the shower soap dish and shower hose. Hair all over the shower floor. Poop crusted in the toilet bowl. Blood on the comforter. Stains all over the furniture. Dusty tables. Dirty refrigerator with food particles all in it. But, what made me the most upset was the dirty floor. There was no carpet in the room, so the main flooring was vinyl. It was never vacuumed or mopped before we checked in. I know this because, I made three passes in my white socks from the bathroom area to the couch to move our luggage and my socks turned black with dirt and grime immediately. After the kids took their showers they walked from the bathroom to their bed and their feet were black with dirt. Thankful I always bring towels from home so, we used the spare hotel towels to make a pathway for them to walk on to the bathroom. The level of filthiness in this hotel room could have made my family and I extremely sick. We were so turned off by our stay here that we didn't even eat at the free breakfast buffet. We had a long drive home, it would have been very annoying to have gotten diarrhea. Needless to say, my family and I will never stay here again. If anyone ever asked me what hotel to avoid in the area, I'll mention yours.

Absolute Garbage. I…read morebooked a "large king room with a sofa bed" and was immediately met with problem after problem. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that the entire building of room had no heat - the heating components were out of order -- and with nighttime temps dipping into the low 40s, that was completely unacceptable. I asked if they had any alternative options, and we were offered a "handicapped king suite with a sofa bed." We accepted, hoping it would at least meet the basic description of what we booked. When we got to the room, we quickly realized the "sofa bed" was not a sofa bed at all. It was a tiny, uncomfortable couch (as pictured below). I went right back to the front desk to explain the issue, only to be told that they don't actually have sofa beds at all -- just couches that "people sleep on." Completely misleading and unacceptable. On top of that, the king bed was extremely soft, sagging, and offered zero support. The entire room felt old, outdated, and neglected. After just 30 minutes of trying to make it work, we checked out and found a different hotel. Save yourself the headache. This place is absolutely not worth your time or money.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is the standard hotel fare, but it was well stocked and hot and there were staff members regularly checking the dining room and tidying up. The negative. The hotel was much dirtier than I usually experience, even at the lower cost Holiday Inn branded locations. The room looked clean on the surface but walking barefoot on the carpet resulted in black feet within just minutes. It made a room that otherwise looked clean feel dirty. The lobby and common areas weren't any better. Ice machines were broken on our floor and trash and stored items were visible in multiple common areas. I left a similar review on the IHG website.
