My husband and I stayed here for 1 night as a staycation, our 1st night away from our 20 month old together. It was great. Very clean place, bed was comfy, & breakfast was fantastic! And Mary at the front desk was wonderful. We will be back!!

We drove by this place earlier this year, after trying a bakery nearby. It looked nice and new, so my sister booked us a room for a girl's only getaway. It's an hour's drive for my family, but only 40 mins for me. A staycation! We were all impressed by the clean, colorful lobby as soon as we walked in. The rooms were sparkling clean, and they greeted my sister with a personalized welcome sign on the TV screen. Nice touch! After a fun day around town, we enjoyed a poolside picnic dinner and watched the sunset. We had a simple dinner on the reclining lounge chairs, then dipped our legs in the warm pool. The perfect way to relax after a long day of shopping. There were clean BBQ grills behind the pool area, so we could've bought something to grill. Maybe next time. :-) After dinner and catching up, we checked out the gym area. Everything looked brand new and inviting. Did we work out? Heck no, we were too full of carbs and ready for bed. But great to know that there's a clean gym available and a washer and dryer too! Breakfast is included, so we sure took advantage of that the next morning. It was clean and well-stocked with English Muffins topped with cheesy bacon omelets, or mini breakfast pizzas. Hashbrowns and many other carb options were available. They also offer juice and Starbucks coffee with different flavored syrups. Everything we had was delicious. The ladies working behind the breakfast counters were so friendly and welcoming too. We liked it so much that my sister booked us the same hotel in San Diego a few months later. Although we loved San Diego, I would choose this one in Tracy, since it was less crowded. We appreciate these hidden gems tucked away and closer to home.

Nice hotel with lots of really cool things for the kids to do while on vacation. They have s really cool free breakfast they provided in the mornings that me and all of my family really enjoyed The towels are super soft and they feel really comfortable. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the near future

If this review were based on CJ alone, I would give 5 stars. He had excellent customer service, was…read moreprofessional, helpful, and did the best he could while clearly working without enough support. But based on the hotel itself, this would be 0 stars. The room was extremely unclean. The refrigerator, microwave, counters, remote, door handle, and multiple other surfaces were dirty and sticky. My mom's room also had a blood stain on the sheets. We were handed cleaning supplies because the room was so dirty that I ended up cleaning parts of it myself. Check-in was delayed even though rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM. On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst. CJ deserves recognition, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. All the manager said was she'll talk to someone about it

Went here for a staycation because of the free breakfast and indoor pool. Overall, a really great…read moredecision! Pros: - amazing, heated indoor pool. A perfect temperature and very clean. The pool room is pretty small, but when we were there it was easy to get it all to ourselves. The craziest thing is the pool is open until midnight! - really good coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. It was a dark roast and had a lot of flavor. We really appreciated being able to get coffee after dinner, or whenever we wanted - pretty nice location near a lot of shops and restaurants. We were able to see July 4th fireworks from our room - breakfast the first morning of our stay was really good! Omelettes were better than the Holiday Inn Express, and the sausages were restaurant quality. The staff was on top of it, stocking everything constantly. Good selection of juices and the waffle station makes the best hotel breakfast waffles with a lot of flavor. We appreciated that there were hashbrowns as well - staff was really kind and were always very helpful - clean, reasonably modern rooms with the BEST hotel TV I've ever used. It was very responsive and fast, without any of the usual frustrations. It also has streaming services you can sign in to. If you don't want to sign in, you can use Tubi or Pluto for free on demand movies, which is amazing. There are also free games to play together which is cool. - very quiet overall, even during the holiday weekend. We barely heard anyone else in the hotel except at the pool and at breakfast Cons: - 2nd day breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the first day. Standard buffet scrambled eggs with little flavor, and no meat or potatoes! Just some biscuits and gravy, which were fine, but no comparison to bacon or sausage. My gf and I felt that, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, the breakfast options here aren't as good when there is no meat. The meat and omelettes were much better here than they are there, but when we had none, we realized the other options were pretty lacking. No good pastries like the cinnamon bun at HI, and limited yogurt, granola, and cereal options. If I was to pick one for consistent breakfast offerings, I would probably pick HIE. - weird $12 parking fee is kind of annoying and subtracts some of the affordability away from this place - rooms were kind of small, I felt, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, and the tv was a bit small. Not really a big issue though

A solid 4 1/2 stars. I am in Tracy, and picked this place to stay for the night. The price…read more was only roughly 100 bucks on a Monday night. For what I got, it was extremely good. They had been doing renovations, and you can tell. The hotel is kept up very well. The lobby is bright and clean, and they have plenty of places to sit. The. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It's in a good neighborhood close to I 205, and you do have to scan your room key to get on the elevator. There is a pool and spa, they are outdoors, but they do keep them open and maintained year round. If it weren't raining, I would've loved to use that spa. They also have a guest Laundry. The room was decent sized, and it was spotless! The TV got Dish Network with a very good picture, there's a fridge and a microwave, there was plenty of lighting and lots of places to charge my gear, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds. I had slept on in a long time. Not too soft, not too hard, just perfect! The thermostat kept the temperature just right. . The bathtub had a permanent bath mat in it, but the hot water can be a little tricky. I turned the knob all the way to the left, and I was not getting any hot water at all. I called down to the lobby, and she told me that to get hot water, you just barely turn the knob to the left, like you would normally do for cold water. Basically, it's reversed. They had a good breakfast in the morning. Fruit cups, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, a pancake machine, Eggo style waffles, and two hot choices. Today, they had sausages and eggs. They also have hard boiled eggs, as well as juice, coffee. And hot cocoa. The coffee and hot cocoa are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good. I had an appointment at 10 AM, and I didn't want to leave my gear in my car, so I asked them if they could extend my 11 AM check out to noon. No problem at all, they were glad to do it for me. The onlyreason I'm taking off a half star, is because of the Wi-Fi. Basic Wi-Fi is free, if you want. Full Wi-Fi, you have to pay five dollars a night. The basic Wi-Fi was just fast enough to stream video, but it was a little bit spotty. I have good hotspot data on my phone, so I just use my phone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
