This is a great clean hotel. Edgardo greeted us upon arrival, and he was very attentive to our group. He was funny and made sure to let us know he was here to help us if we needed anything

Appears to be a new build in the area. Restaurants walking distance close by. It's a Cute Hilton hotel with a dorm like feel. Focusing on the Tech employees, college students or everyone these days with numerous electronic gear. Large Lounge area, couches, swinging egg chairs, numerous outlets scattered around. Located in a seems like a sketchy part of town but all was safe. Car was fine. No issues. Stayed only for one night. Bed was comfy. Large screen tv. Breakfast was good with many choices. Gym was perfect for quick workout. Not great Views but again it's Manteca not the beach. About 10 minutes away from Great wolf lodge.

She was very helpful and informative the entire time, even after our room block closed. The waterpark is great for kids probably from 3-12. We saw adults enjoying their time there, but mostly kids/families were kiddos that were fully mobile and at least 3 ft tall. I think 3ft is the minimum for getting kids access to 2 of the waterslides. My son just hit that requirement and he had such a blast just with the two slides. I think the 4-5 year olds loved the tide pool and the slides as well. This spot is really convenient for families to just have a place to stay, food, and entertainment all in one place. There are activities like yoga, story time, and arts & crafts. They also have a candy and ice cream shop on site. I really think we could probably come here annually and our kids can keep coming back to experience new things. My son only explored a fraction of the park, so I think by next year he'll have an even better time. Food here is mostly fried and not super diverse. Manage your expectations for healthier options because they really cater to the kids with pizza, burgers, nachos. The one salad they had on the menu was shockingly nor good. The rooms here are a small step above holiday inns - clean enough, pretty basic with not a ton of frills, has a mini fridge and plenty of counter space. I feel like food, rooms, entertainment, etc are all catered for families, don't expect luxury or any frills - but expect making some sweet and exciting memories with the family!

So I will say that I really wanted to give told place a 4 star, but there was a few things lacking…read more I'll start with the pros, so you can see it's actually a nice place. The location is close to the freeway, there are tons of places to eat around the hotel, which is great because there is no onsite restaurant. Parking is fine, checking in was easy enough. Staff was nice so appreciate that. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which had some scrambled eggs, cereals, pancakes, bagels, all the little stuff. Rooms were nice for the price, had a king size bed. Now...unfortunately the cons. Room was dirty when we went in, floor was sticky and there was dust on the counters. No extra blankets or pillows in the room, no closet either...there were hooks to change things but not an actual closet. Windows were not sound proof...I heard ambulances, police sirens, cars burning out, motorcycles revving by...I had to put on my white noise. It's not a bad hotel, they are trying to make it nice and upbeat, just lacking a bit.

It was very noisy and you can hear people talking outside and playing cornhole. The walls are kind of thin. I couldn't sleep very well, you can hear conversations clearly so I had to blast an extended white noise video on YouTube on the TV so I can sleep soundly. The bed is okay but not the best, it's too firm for my preference. I especially don't like how this hotel uses hooks and this weird pipe in lieu of a closet and drawers. Apparently it's specific to this hotel chain. It's very inconvienent for those who expect drawers. The sticker near the pipe with hangers advertised there was under the bed storage but there was clearly not??? It's just a metal box, no drawers or anything. I was extremely bummed out. The room comes with a microwave and a fridge, but no safe. The desk is right next to the AC unit so expect to get blasted with cold air when you try to work. The desk is also very tiny too. I liked how there's automatic lights as you walk into the room or the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice roomy shower with squeeze bottles for toiletries. I've never seen that before in a hotel! I'd like to see more hotels implement them. Breakfast was decent, there's an automatic pancake machine and your usual breakfast fares like cereals, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, etc. Coffee and tea is 24/7.

Drove down from Washington State to visit family and found this hotel at a great rate for a 2 Night/3 Day booking. Seemed like a newly built hotel with a modern feel and look. Amenities included were a complimentary Breakfast, a Fitness center and an outdoor Pool. We didn't get a chance to partake in any of those, so cannot leave any feedback for those. Decent service from the front desk staff, and workers from the housekeeping area. Parking is good, there are ample amount of spaces around the hotel building and close to I-5. Bad thing is, the water pressure in the shower is so frickin' low! Takes at least 20 minutes to fully feel like you've had a clean wash since you gotta wait a while to get all the soap off... Overall ratings: -Hotel cleanliness and accessibility -Parking spaces are aplenty -Restroom is spacious -Television has Streaming services a available - Netflix, YouTube for example 5 out of 5 ---------- A/C Thermostat and lack of Water Pressure 3 out of 5

They are tidy and fresh. I like the upgraded style of the new Motel 6. This motel is updated. The pool was nice feature in the 100+ degree San Joaquin valley weather. Next, the bad. Do what you have to do before, let's say, 3pm. Because after that, the FREAKS come out at night. Many wanderers vacillate through the property...some on bikes, some on foot, some on drugs. If you don't get an early swim in at the pool, then it gets crazy at night. NO diving is allowed but that rule is thrown out the window. People off the street that are not room renters begin to invade the property. Loud cars, drug deals, and prostitution after 3pm! While we stayed, some of the residents or street people, we couldn't really tell since they all look alike, began to have a bbq in one of the parking stalls. Young men with tats and tank tops crowded around looking like they were gang banging! It seemed as though management either left or took the night off. This happens nightly! We were awakened by a solicitation refusal near our door in the wee hrs of the morning! I was going to book another day but chose not to. This place sucks after 3pm, they need to hire security. Use at your own risk.
