    Broken stuff laying around
    Alfonso G.

This was one of the most disgusting Motels I ever stayed at in my life I slept with my clothes on I didn't even takeoff my shoes I couldn't take a shower there was cars that were on bricks broke down outside this is not a safe place I do not recommend it for anybody I wasted my money staying here had a very important appointment the next Day in Tracy and staying at this Motel wreaked my night I didn't not shower or rest at this hotel it was too disgusting. The staff was nice but the rooms were so bad they should shut this place down or fine the owners. Thank God I didn't take my wife and kids here no hype real talk . One star is to much credit for how disgusting this place was it was truly a ZERO

very very nasty place u can ever stay motel 6 in tracy stay away its got bugs all over the floor hair on the bed and in the bathroom nastiest motel ive ever stayed in and thre front desk the lady at night super mean this place is infested

Stood here for one night. Found what I thought was a good deal on Priceline. Boy oh boy was I so wrong? The room was old but fairly clean, so that was plus. Didn't smell like cigarettes. I checked the sheets for bed bugs as I always do no matter where I stay. It was clean. Once I got into the bed it was lumpy, very lumpy. The mattress was terrible. The front desk clerk stated that was the only room left. He did nothing to try to solve the problem other than make excuses. Not acceptable as I didn't want to hear excuses I wanted something to be done about the lumpy mattress. Could not sleep on the bed at all. The area's not bad. There's lot of truckers and several guest(s) had loud barking dogs. Several places like Nations and Los Potros to eat at very close bye.

BUGS IN THE BED DO NOT GO TO MOTEL 6 in Tracy Ca behind Dennys

‼‼DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL 6 ‼‼‼ I was wondering why the family next door to me was leaving & they just checked in. This Motel 6 is horrible, infested with bed bugs, ticks, they are pet friendly which is discussing if you can't keep the rooms sanitized & cleaned. My family & I checked in @2:30p & as soon as it was time to lay down I saw bed bugs & ticks OMG yuck we checked out same day by 10:00p. The San Joaquin County Health department needs to inspect & shut this place down. Not including the drug addicts & prostitution that goes on at Motel 6 right behind Dennys off the 205 in Tracy Ca. 8 years ago it was never like this. We ended up checking in at Holiday Inn. DO NOT RESERVE NOR CHECK-In at this Motel 6. Not in reference the power kept going out & we had to approach a third party guy whom looked like he was on drugs himself to cut our lights back on. Bad circuit breakers which is a safety & fire hazard. If I had to give this place 0 I would please take this review into consideration if you care about your loved ones & hygiene. Imagine a bug crawling in your ear while your sleep or ever your child's ear. We immediately left when we saw the bugs.

Horrible stay, gross, trash everywhere, towel supply was not complete, we didn't have a smoke alarm in our room.

He had excellent customer service, was…read moreprofessional, helpful, and did the best he could while clearly working without enough support. But based on the hotel itself, this would be 0 stars. The room was extremely unclean. The refrigerator, microwave, counters, remote, door handle, and multiple other surfaces were dirty and sticky. My mom's room also had a blood stain on the sheets. We were handed cleaning supplies because the room was so dirty that I ended up cleaning parts of it myself. Check-in was delayed even though rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM. On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst. CJ deserves recognition, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. All the manager said was she'll talk to someone about it

The elevator smells strongly of melted crayons. The indoor pool has an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the air when walk in. The water is murky and needs to be cleaned. The water is not heated much. The 2 queen beds room had the bathroom door right near the front door so they crashed together often. The sink in the bathroom has the faucet at the corner of the sink so water splashes all over the counter every time you wash your hands. The beds are a bit springy and squeaky. Not too bad but not the most comfortable. And now some positives: ----------------------- The breakfast is available from 6am-10am and includes a waffle maker, bagels, English muffins, scrambled eggs, cereal and milk, yogurt and more. It's a good spread. The breakfast area is sunny and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near all sorts of shops and restaurants. It's easy to walk or drive to them.

A solid 4 1/2 stars. I am in Tracy, and picked this place to stay for the night. The price…read more was only roughly 100 bucks on a Monday night. For what I got, it was extremely good. They had been doing renovations, and you can tell. The hotel is kept up very well. The lobby is bright and clean, and they have plenty of places to sit. The. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It's in a good neighborhood close to I 205, and you do have to scan your room key to get on the elevator. There is a pool and spa, they are outdoors, but they do keep them open and maintained year round. If it weren't raining, I would've loved to use that spa. They also have a guest Laundry. The room was decent sized, and it was spotless! The TV got Dish Network with a very good picture, there's a fridge and a microwave, there was plenty of lighting and lots of places to charge my gear, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds. I had slept on in a long time. Not too soft, not too hard, just perfect! The thermostat kept the temperature just right. . The bathtub had a permanent bath mat in it, but the hot water can be a little tricky. I turned the knob all the way to the left, and I was not getting any hot water at all. I called down to the lobby, and she told me that to get hot water, you just barely turn the knob to the left, like you would normally do for cold water. Basically, it's reversed. They had a good breakfast in the morning. Fruit cups, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, a pancake machine, Eggo style waffles, and two hot choices. Today, they had sausages and eggs. They also have hard boiled eggs, as well as juice, coffee. And hot cocoa. The coffee and hot cocoa are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good. I had an appointment at 10 AM, and I didn't want to leave my gear in my car, so I asked them if they could extend my 11 AM check out to noon. No problem at all, they were glad to do it for me. The onlyreason I'm taking off a half star, is because of the Wi-Fi. Basic Wi-Fi is free, if you want. Full Wi-Fi, you have to pay five dollars a night. The basic Wi-Fi was just fast enough to stream video, but it was a little bit spotty. I have good hotspot data on my phone, so I just use my phone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Drove down from Washington State to visit family and found this hotel at a great rate for a 2 Night/3 Day booking. Seemed like a newly built hotel with a modern feel and look. Amenities included were a complimentary Breakfast, a Fitness center and an outdoor Pool. We didn't get a chance to partake in any of those, so cannot leave any feedback for those. Decent service from the front desk staff, and workers from the housekeeping area. Parking is good, there are ample amount of spaces around the hotel building and close to I-5. Bad thing is, the water pressure in the shower is so frickin' low! Takes at least 20 minutes to fully feel like you've had a clean wash since you gotta wait a while to get all the soap off...
