"A big thank you to the wonderful team here for making our stay so memorable. The staff is the heart of this place--so helpful and kind! Our room was clean and 'full packed' with amenities, and the morning breakfast was delicious. It was a smooth, stress-free experience for my whole family. We are so glad we chose to stay here!"

    Bed bug bites!

My family and I spend a night here and got a bunch of bed bug bites! reached out to them where they stated this is the first time they ever heard of this and got told "Goodluck" no solution whatsoever! Horrible experience! will never be coming back. If i could give 0 stars i most definitely would! We stayed in 2 different rooms and ALL woke up with the same bites.

Mold even climbing up the wall (though someone tried to "fix" with a coat of paint!)

SO DISAPPOINTING! I hardly ever give a 1-star rating but this place would get a zero-star if that was available. There were a few GOOD: 1) Jake, the night staff, was very professional, scouted up their one-and-only luggage cart for my use, and gave me directions to a nearby In n Out burger joint. 2) the bed mattress was very comfortable. Now, for the BAD: 1) The room has newly installed vinyl flooring without effective noise-deadening insulation. We were awoken SEVERAL TIMES by the guests moving about above us (our room 208). The guests above were not being obnoxious-- their steps were like the beating of a hammer above our heads! 2) The bathroom walls were unacceptably filthy (see photos of mold outside the bathtub). 3) I usually wear slippers in a motel for personal hygiene, but my slippers were loud and tapping on the vinyl floors; I did not want to disturb potential guests below us. Therefore, walking barefoot, I could feel floor grit-- ugh. 4) The mattresses are on exceptionally high platforms-- so high, it was actually difficult for my husband and I to get in and out! Really, it was a stupid climb that was particularly annoying when trying to stay sleepy after a quick, middle of the night bathroom visit. 5) Jake let me know ahead of time that the morning continental breakfast was minimal. What he didn't disclose was that the breakfast bar and floor were also dirty and not properly cleaned. We skipped breakfast and did a drive-thru at McDonald's. HONESTLY, Wyndham should be ashamed-- a lousy night's sleep at a dirty facility. DON'T GO THERE!

They have roaches. This place is unclean and unsanitary. Avoid at all cost.

The manager made everything better. She called and made sure to address all our issues. Very well done and excellent customer service.

Sameer at front desk was very helpful, but the room was very noisy. Sameer helped me to communicate with a manager for canceling my booking.

Rooms are renovated. Stayed in a room with a kitchen. Dope hotel. Would stay again. Staff was friendly, that's rare nowadays.

The room was extremely unclean. The refrigerator, microwave, counters, remote, door handle, and multiple other surfaces were dirty and sticky. My mom's room also had a blood stain on the sheets. We were handed cleaning supplies because the room was so dirty that I ended up cleaning parts of it myself. Check-in was delayed even though rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM. On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst. CJ deserves recognition, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. All the manager said was she'll talk to someone about it

The pool room is pretty small, but when we were there it was easy to get it all to ourselves. The craziest thing is the pool is open until midnight! - really good coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. It was a dark roast and had a lot of flavor. We really appreciated being able to get coffee after dinner, or whenever we wanted - pretty nice location near a lot of shops and restaurants. We were able to see July 4th fireworks from our room - breakfast the first morning of our stay was really good! Omelettes were better than the Holiday Inn Express, and the sausages were restaurant quality. The staff was on top of it, stocking everything constantly. Good selection of juices and the waffle station makes the best hotel breakfast waffles with a lot of flavor. We appreciated that there were hashbrowns as well - staff was really kind and were always very helpful - clean, reasonably modern rooms with the BEST hotel TV I've ever used. It was very responsive and fast, without any of the usual frustrations. It also has streaming services you can sign in to. If you don't want to sign in, you can use Tubi or Pluto for free on demand movies, which is amazing. There are also free games to play together which is cool. - very quiet overall, even during the holiday weekend. We barely heard anyone else in the hotel except at the pool and at breakfast Cons: - 2nd day breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the first day. Standard buffet scrambled eggs with little flavor, and no meat or potatoes! Just some biscuits and gravy, which were fine, but no comparison to bacon or sausage. My gf and I felt that, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, the breakfast options here aren't as good when there is no meat. The meat and omelettes were much better here than they are there, but when we had none, we realized the other options were pretty lacking. No good pastries like the cinnamon bun at HI, and limited yogurt, granola, and cereal options. If I was to pick one for consistent breakfast offerings, I would probably pick HIE. - weird $12 parking fee is kind of annoying and subtracts some of the affordability away from this place - rooms were kind of small, I felt, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, and the tv was a bit small. Not really a big issue though

The linen and blankets are probably old as the building. The maintennace keeps the thermostat on high air conditioning. It was so cold!! I was shivering. The staff are courteous only because they have to be, doesn't make you feel welcome. My friend payed for 2 more night. I will pick another place to stay I wouldn't recommend to no one. Tracy Inn should invest in upgrades and a laundry room in the near future. They can use hospitality and customer service training. Very cold in the room and the staff.

It's close to downtown shopping in Tracy and one of the restaurants that shares real estate in the building was a Mexican restaurant and the food was four star quality! And if you like margaritas you've gotta try one. The rooms are clean but could use some serous TLC. If you're a woman, to stay there by yourself in the evening is not recommended, but if you have to lock yourself in and find something good to watch on TV. The other guests of the hotel aren't exactly your neighbors across the street. The counter help is nice and they try to help you with any questions.
