We came here all the way across town because I saw the reviews on yelp. It did not disappoint. They have a big selection. We also had hot chocolate and orange juice and the orange juice. It seemed like it was fresh squeezed was well worth the trip would recommend this highly.

While I do enjoy the classic Italian breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino, there's nothing like a classic American breakfast We got the American Breakfast (9€) which came with scrambled eggs, bacon, and your choice between pancakes, waffles, or french toast. The portion was HUGE and was definitely super filling! I missed having a breakfast spread like this and I would definitely recommend it if you're in Rome and want to have a taste of North America. Service was okay, honestly we felt a bit ignored and the server was quite rude in the beginning before the owner arrived. Otherwise this would've been a perfect experience!

So happy to have found this cute little gem after 20+ hours of traveling. The syrup was more like honey but still very good, this is also the only place I could find iced coffee and bacon. Worth the wait. Great service, helpful staff, good food.

    The amazing menu!

Absolutely stellar service and food. Highly recommend. The owners are such lovely people.

I really don't see the hype. The breakfast is nothing like "real American breakfast". Tasted like they're trying to make something they don't know how to make. Everything just tasted really weird. The syrup tasted really weird like nothing I've tasted before. The bacon was okay. The eggs were very weirdly scrambled. And the pancakes were a cool chewy texture but after 3 bites you realize they're kind of weird and don't want them anymore. Just seems like they're trying but not really hitting the mark. We also ordered a bacon and cream cheese bagel but only received a cream cheese one. And the "breakfast wrap" was just an egg burrito with a spring of cheese and half a strip of bacon. Don't know anything about the service as we ordered and didn't go to the restaurant.

I LOVEEEEEE Homebaked! The owner, and waitresses are super nice and the place is very cozy. Their food is awesome; my favorite is their Olga. Great place to get an American breakfast, and there are two locations so you can't go wrong. They have cute little boards that you can add sticky notes to and it just makes the experience so much more personal. They even have a banner of my school in the original store! I highly recommend going because it'll be a great Sunday (if not weekday) treat.

A little bit of America in Rome! It is SO hard to find American breakfast in Italy so this place is a gem! The man behind the counter (I'm assuming the owner) was very friendly and greeted us in English although I heard him speaking Italian fluently. The menu offers standard American breakfast options, we went for the French toast sandwich (dont be deceived tho, you will have a hard time eating it like a sandwich). It was delicious!

On International Women's Day we stopped here with my parents and our 4-year-old daughter after walking around Trastevere. We ordered espresso for everyone and sat outside. Our daughter had a small tiramisu we bought at another shop a few minutes earlier. Within seconds the owner stormed out and started shouting at us aggressively about the tiramisu. Not explaining. Not asking politely. Just yelling. We tried to explain that we had ordered drinks and were paying customers, but instead of behaving like someone who runs a hospitality business, he escalated the situation into a loud public confrontation. Then his younger partner came out and joined the shouting. Two grown men screaming at a family with a small child in the middle of a tourist street. At that point our 4-year-old daughter started crying because she was scared by the way they were yelling at us. What was the reaction of the owner when he saw a child crying? Did he calm down? Did he apologize? Did he show even basic human decency? No. He kept yelling and demanding we leave. Rome is one of the most welcoming cities in the world and during our entire trip we met wonderful, kind people everywhere. This place was the only exception. If you are a tourist or a family with children, do yourself a favor and choose literally any other café in Trastevere. There are hundreds of them. Hospitality clearly isn't practiced here.

We had a reservation at 8pm and were seated promptly -- a good start. Then nothing. Twenty-five minutes passed without a single staff member approaching our table. We had to flag someone down, who initially brushed us off before eventually returning. Wine came quickly once ordered, but food didn't arrive until 9:45 -- over an hour after ordering. In that time, we watched two other couples leave without ever being spoken to, and a third ordered drinks, waited, and walked out. When our drinks ran dry, staff walked by multiple times without a glance. When we finally caught someone's attention, the response was a dismissive "yeah yeah, one second." That kind of attitude wears thin fast. The food was fine -- not bad, not memorable. Bruschetta, eggplant parmigiana, and white lasagna were all acceptable, but nothing came close to justifying the wait or compensating for the experience. The wine list is impressively extensive, though navigating hundreds of options via QR code in dim lighting is its own challenge -- a printed list would go a long way. Maybe we caught them on a bad night. Maybe they cater primarily to locals and tourists aren't a priority. Either way, Trastevere is full of excellent options where you'll feel welcome. I'd walk down the street before returning here.
