I called back and spoke with him and gave him my address. it's a third floor apartment and he said he'd have to get a few things before doing a 3rd floor job. He'd be by around 10-10:30am. I stayed home all day waiting for him. By 2pm. He hadn't shown up or called I called the office number and left a message. Later that day I sent a text saying "I guess you are not showing up". He texts me back I've been here all day!! So if he didn't write my address down why didn't he just call on his way and I would have sent him my address by text. It's so silly to not show up. Some kind of power struggle or something. Who know. He sounds so good from other review. To bad I won't try to use him agai.

We accidentally bumped into Premiere Flooring, which has a modest showroom in a small mall. We…read moreasked for an onsite estimate, and the owner Luis showed up on time. Luis was articulate and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, because he started as a basic floor worker and has been in the business for years. What he said/promised eventually were delivered. We believed his quote on the project (changing carpet to tile on ~1000 sq ft in 3 rooms, 2 baths) to be on par with those from other local stores, and so we did not check further. The 2 major tile technicians were experienced and devoted, and they accommodated pleasantly our last-min modifications. Other workers on baseboards, stairways and touch-ups were also good. Luis came every morning to check the work done the preceding day and our satisfaction, as well as to give instructions on the ongoing work. The project was completed in the promised 2-week period. Lius was eager to make us happy with the overall outcome, and we were. A business partner Juan also came a few times to inspect. He (a licensed general contractor) spent half an hour fixing a flooring-unrelated cabinet for us and refused our offer to pay him extra. 5-star evaluation on what the company did on our project! Thanks to Luis, Juan and the hands-on workers.

They came on time and even 10min earlier. Wow. My carpet was cleaning from the begging, so I am not sure how well they were. But I just needed a proof for the owner to know that I had the carpet cleaning done. They were quick and cheap. 1bed room apartment for 70$.
