They came right on time as communicated and probably did a decent job (The carpets were already looking clean, but wanted to clean before we moved in since it was a new home purchase. So no noticeable improvements). The issue I had was they scratched up a lot of newly painted surface when moving around their equipment. This happened after I clearly told them to be careful and the house was newly painted. They could have taken some minimal effort to be careful, but it felt they were in a rush to complete. We have a light colored sofa and 3 kids and pets so we were very due for a cleaning. Emmanuel offered the lowest quote for the size of our sofa and also offered to schedule us asap. (Within a day or 2). He was prompt and efficient and friendly. Our sofa was really past due so we did need him to come back and touch up some areas that didn't come off all the way once dried and, again he was super responsive and made time within a few days. Extremely disappointed. No vacuuming, so the pet hair, crumbs, whatever, are still there. No spot cleaning, so all the main spots and stains are there. Now I know why everything was done in an hour. I could've rented a little machine and done the same job myself and saved money. Waste of $300, for what I wanted. Surface cleaning, so if that's what you're looking for, this works. I have to request another cleaning and pay again, so this was an absolute waste of money and time. read more

Emmanuel is the best carpet cleaner we've ever had. He came early, helped us move some larger pieces of furniture and was awesome to work with. His prices were very competitive, but what sold us was the organic cleaners and steam cleaning vs chemicals. His truck has a bad a** machine (see pics) and there's no way any wanna be DIY'r can rent anything comparable or get carpets as clean as Emmanuel. We're going to have him come every 6mo it took him an hour to do our entire upstairs and downstairs area rugs. Highly recommend and we always love to support Veteran owned businesses. Emmanuel's service was AMAZING! I had a chaise that was off-white and had many stains. He came in with his wonderful and cheerful self, cleaned our chaise and I cannot believe how clean it came out!! **update** Emmanuel was eager to help resolve the situation, and reached out immediately after I posted this review. Not many businesses do that, so I appreciated that. Changed my rating to 4 stars as he was understanding and apologetic and offered to come back or refund me. First-- I want to point out that Emmanuel was very kind and friendly. He also did not charge me for the pet urine enzyme, which was very nice. However. He did a very quick job that I had a gut feeling wasn't doing anything to really clean. I understand I am not a professional and I do not clean carpets, but doing once over passes with the steam cleaner did not seem like enough. Especially since my carpet is brown & it's difficult to see any meaningful difference right away. I asked him a couple times to hit certain spots a bit harder, to which he did another pass and moved on. A week after the service I decided to buy the bissel handheld cleaner as I was not happy with the way the carpet felt and area rug looked. I figured I would just spot clean the areas on the rug that he did not clean very well. And Oh. My. God. It was filthy. I hate admitting this, but we are a shoe house. Because of this, I usually clean the carpets myself with a rug doctor every 6ish months but it's just a lot of work, hence why I booked a carpet cleaning service. So the carpets do get a lot of foot traffic & potential for stains/dirt/etc. I was VERY disappointed with how much the bissel cleaner picked up. It feels as if I paid for nothing essentially. The water was brown. If anything, I feel like the carpet cleaning made the rug worse off. I was on my hands and knees cleaning the rug for about an hour today and was just so upset over having wasted money on a service if I was going to actually clean it myself. I wish he didn't rush the service, and I wish he really utilized the equipment/time he had to do a proper carpet cleaning. read more

We recently purchased a used sectional sofa, unfortunately to our luck we found out the sellers were pet owners and we did not notice how much pet hair was stuck to the fabric between the cushions. We were told by many companies that they could wash it but "not remove" the pet hair for double the price, that was very disappointing. Luckily for us Emmanuel took on the task, not only was the price affordable, but he booked us rather quickly. He was an hour early to the appointment, he set up in about 10 min and washed our entire sectional within the hour. After he finished he had us revised the work to ensure our satisfaction, he hit certain areas twice per our request with out any problem.
