When I got it back, it smelled amazing, the once-trashed fringe was trimmed and cleaned, and the rug was plush and gorgeous. If you value your expensive rugs, don't go anywhere else - this is the place. Of all the specialty places I've taken my rug in all of the cities I've lived in, they did a better job than any other place.
