I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal.
