Spoke with Leah who was so friendly and professional to set everything up. We decided to do a complimentary practice run with my doodle for a half day. He LOVED it and came back so pumped (and tired) from all the new friends he made. The PSS team made sure to send photo updates of Otis while in their care. We then had him do an overnight stay on NYE and picked him up in the morning. Can't wait for my pup to visit the IE again, knowing he has a safe place to visit. Thank you PSS.

Not to mention the foul stench that hits you as you walk in the door. This last time the way our dog was taken care of way beyond comprehension. We left him on a Weds and picked him up Sunday and I noticed right away something was not right with our dog. He was very skittish, head and tail down and trembling. He smelled very strongly of urine and feces, when I asked about it The girl explained that he had a a few accidents in his crate and they wiped him down. Whatever that meant? I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal. Oh, and perhaps you should check other negative reviews from 2026, some have expressed the same concerns. Are you listening Amber S.?

We absolutely love bringing our boys to Heavenly Pet Resort! The moment we grab their backpacks, they know exactly where they're headed. It's clear how much they love it there, they don't even look back at us when we drop them off! They always have the best time playing during Yappy Hour and enjoying their ice cream treats. We especially love seeing the photos posted of them running around and having a blast. We've tried other places before, but we're so happy we found Heavenly (Upland). It gives us peace of mind knowing they're safe, sharing a room together, and staying in a clean, air-controlled space. The facility is always spotless, and the staff is incredible. They know our boys by name, and the boys absolutely adore them. read more

I recently discovered a new pet resort in Upland California. The Facilty looked new. It has large indoor dog runs with french doors inwhich my dog Killian can look out. He is an Irish Setter who needs alot of room to play. Heavenly Pet Resort has large outdoor shaded play yards and a swimming pool inwhich he played in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They showed me the place and let me set up my dog's room. Making me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. I strongly recommend that you check them out for yourself. read more

Really don't know how they have sooo many stars. First off the owner blonde chick is rude. The whole place smells like pee. The pool area had poop. It was very unsanitary if you don't want your sweet baby/babies to get sick stay away. read more

Every time I drop him off, I can barely say goodbye because he is so excited to go and see his buddies. This past weekend is the first time that I had my husky groomed during his stay. If you are familiar with huskies, they blow their coat about twice a year (they have an undercoat so they shed *a ton* during this time) and they're not small, so I knew it would be time consuming for the staff. When I picked my boy up on Sunday, not only had he been fully deshedded and bathed, but I haven't felt him this soft and silky since he was a puppy! The staff is always wonderful, they seem to really know and appreciate my dog, and I want to recommend Pawsh Pets to everyone!

Another perfect cut! She was careful with my dog's sensitive skin and made sure the ears were tidy too. The groomer is soft-spoken but a good listener. She asked all the questions she needed answered. I feel like we have good communication and my dog is well taken care of. And my dog doesn't tremble when we go in, which is a nice change so she must not hate it as much as some of the other places she's been to.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.

The extra care and love they gave her in her golden years was priceless. We now use them for our two dogs and our pups absolutely love Saul. He is someone who clearly loves what he does, and gives off the best energy. He is always super thorough with them, and so reassuring as well. He meets them where they are, lets them warm up to say hi, and just treats them so kindly. They are always punctual, totally self-contained (no need to run cords, etc like some mobile options), and worry free for me - which is a huge plus. I know that my pups are in good hands with Saul and it's great peace of mind. The convenience of having them come to us is so incredible - both because I can multitask while working from home, and because neither of the dogs have to deal with being crated at a traditional groomer when they are done. Definitely recommend Soggie Doggie to all of my friends - I feel bad it's taken me so long to recommend them to Yelp as well!

This business has a severe scheduling and management problem.On one of my first visits, the owner immediately accused my dog of peeing on the floor the second we walked in. To be helpful because she seemed stressed, I politely offered to clean it up myself and told her I just walked in and saw the pee on the floor. She then suddenly remembered she had just finished with a dog who pees frequently, and admitted it wasn't even my dog. No real apology was given for the instant accusation. Since then, scheduling has been a disaster. My second to last appointment wasn't booked completely, so nobody was there to take my dog. I already had drove all the way home before I got a call back with no explanation or anything just saying that the groomer was at the salon now and waiting for me to come back. Today was the final straw. I booked a 9:00 AM appointment yesterday, showed up on time, and the doors were locked. I called multiple times with no answer and finally had to leave to wait. When the owner finally answered after I called 4 times, at 9:30 AM she was completely dismissive and gave me a rude "OK, and?" attitude. I had to ask, since this was a second time I was inconvenienced what can she do? She still was speaking in the in genuine tone and said umm well I can give you the that's so fetch package for free. I told her I was already getting that package and how the person (I think her) who booked my appointment yesterday was giving me an upgraded shampoo for free as it was. So no comp for multiple unprofessional incidents. When I finally dropped my dog off, the actual groomer apologized profusely--unlike the owner--and revealed management hadn't even put me on the schedule today. The groomers do great work, but the owner's toxic attitude, lack of accountability, and scheduling incompetence make it not worth the headache. Owner/manager giving Regina George is crazy...
