He LOVED it and came back so pumped (and tired) from all the new friends he made. The PSS team made sure to send photo updates of Otis while in their care. First let me say that we have used PSS quite a few times in the past and they have taken good care of our dogs, but I have noticed a recent decline in the care our dog has received. Not to mention the foul stench that hits you as you walk in the door. This last time the way our dog was taken care of way beyond comprehension. We left him on a Weds and picked him up Sunday and I noticed right away something was not right with our dog. He was very skittish, head and tail down and trembling. He smelled very strongly of urine and feces, when I asked about it The girl explained that he had a a few accidents in his crate and they wiped him down. Whatever that meant? I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal. I don't recommend. When your dogs get Over boarding, your dogs are not monitoring for 12 hrs! According to their website someone is in there until 7:30pm and monitoring by video feed, but when asked why no one was at the facility at 7:30, per their website, I was told the website is not up to date and all members leave the building by 7pm exactly. No emergency numbers or way to contact anyone until 7am. So question starts, who monitors the supposed video feed, if there even is one? read more

I honestly cannot warn people enough to stay far away from Pet Service Solutions. The conditions inside this facility are genuinely shocking; the building is filthy and has a massive, visible roach problem that is impossible to ignore. More importantly, the care here is completely unacceptable. The play areas have absolutely no air conditioning, which is a massive safety hazard for the dogs. They'll just leave the animals locked away in crates for the majority of the day. It is heartbreaking and dangerous. This place is a total disaster, and your pets deserve so much better. read more

I've been a client for several years, but unfortunately my experience with customer service has steadily declined. In the last several months, I've had two separate experiences involving the same issues. In one recent instance, I waited several hours for approval on a daycare request submitted online, while my calls went unanswered with no acknowledgment or return call. Upon arrival, I learned this was due to a closure for repairs that had not been communicated to clients, I only discovered it after arriving and seeing a sign on the door. There should be some form of notification, such as a text or email, when closures occur. As a result, I was unable to secure a reservation at another local daycare, which interfered with a doctor's appointment and forced me to reschedule. I've also been told in the past that reservations aren't necessary and that I could bring my dogs in as needed, but that hasn't been the case on multiple occasions. During a previous visit, the facility was at capacity and could barely accommodate us, despite my attempts to call and submit a request in advance, which again went unanswered. Once again, no acknowledgements were made about my phone calls and requests online which raises concerns about reliability and client responsiveness. Please note that I have no complaints about the daycare services themselves. My dogs always have a great time, and I've been very happy with their overall experience. We loved our two puppies there for a week. Make sure they have all their shots checked all the boxes everything. We left them with their bedding, their food, and toys. We did like that we got daily updates. Pictures while we were on our trip. When it was pick up time, we got back their bedding, smelling horribly. And the food was practically all gone. Now I left enough food for the week plus a few days, but even at that they would not have eaten everything. I left good instructions on how they were supposed to be fed and I don't think those were followed. Also, our dogs came back with a cough. If we have to try them again, I will make sure to be more clear about feeding instructions and ask a lot more questions on drop off and pick up. read more

I have 2 female French Bulldogs, I am a crazy, over protective and paranoid Frenchie momma, my 9 year old Coco Chanel is a little anti social, doesn't like new people, she loves me and like 2 other people on this entire planet but the moment we walked in to the Upland location she was calm, went straight over to one of the girls that works there, she squatted down and Coco put her paw on her like a hello hug! Violette is my 4 year old that I rescued last year, she came from severe neglect, abuse and breeding, kept caged for first 3 years of her life so she gets really anxious and scared in new situations but she was excited and was giving everyone kisses... my girls each had their own suite, beds, toys and playtime together. I didn't opt for the group play yet, I want to bring them when I am able to watch them to see how they interact with the doggies in the group playroom, they all look like they are having fun so I'm hoping my girls enjoy it. I received pictures and updates every day so this was the first vacation that I've been able to actually relax on in several years! I picked them up after 6 days of boarding and they looked healthy and happy! Even boarding at my vets they usually lose a little weight because they boycott food when they are upset, the first day home they are usually annoyed with each other and upset with me but not after staying here! They were happy and getting along so well, like the besties they are! They were not stressed and hadn't lost any weight, the look rested and just happy! I already booked their next stay in a few months. My fur-babies love all their two and four legged friends at PSS Pet Hotel! They go for daycare 1-2 times a month regularly and have done overnight boarding at the Pomona location a few times. When we fist started going, my smaller pup was a bit shy and had to be bribed to go in, but now she drags me through the door. This just shows me how well my babies are taken care of here. Went 2/24/25 to get my German Shepard groomed and deshedded and it took then 2 hours and when I got him back his ears were not cleaning his nails still had dirt and the did not shed him I would touch him and chunks of hair would come out. I know when they deshed him and they did not do that. When I tried calling them to complain that did not answer at all I called about 20 times and not once the answered. We rely on PSS to care for our cat when we travel. Most of the care givers are dog oriented and in the past I've had carers say my cat was a " mean " cat, not realizing he was fearful of new people and other cats. But now there is a carer. I originally found the spot on Yelp but the Pomona location. I live in Upland and thought it would be too far of a drive but then that same week they opened their upland location! I canceled my boarding reservation with another location and went straight to PSS, and was super happy with the services offered and their customer service is amazing. I have boarded my dog twice there and he's comes home super happy and I love the daily updates that I get from them. My dog is typically shy and has separation anxiety but as you can see in the photo, he was happy day to 2 of his first stay. I'm looking forward to utilizing there doggy daycare more often.
