I had a great experience with AD Mechanical. I have a place in Redwood City and the mini-split in…read morethe ADU was leaking water. I couldn't use it without the wall getting soaked. Adlan, the company owner, answered my call right away and was able to come for an on-site diagnosis the same day. He checked the pressure of the coolant system and that was all fine. Turns out the plastic drain tube that came with my mini-split was cracked up inside the plastic housing. He had some much more robust rubber tubing, routed that through the existing small hole in the wall (that the previous hose had cracked off in) and rigged up an adapter to connect securely into the mini-split. I'm always curious how things work and Adlan was very personable and professional as I peppered him with tons of questions about all things HVAC. I also mentioned the furnace in my house was not performing well and he offered to run some tests on it for no charge. Turned out the "inches water column" pressure was set too high. Adlan adjusted in and the whole system was running better in less than 10 minutes! He didn't try to upsell me at all. I absolutely recommend AD Mechanical.
