He recently repaired: My mom's 20+ year old washing machine, replacing a broken motor coupler Was able to MacGyver a fix for my 20+yr old washing machine when he found out the broken part was no longer being manufactured. (This was amazing!) And checked my 15 yr old DW motor and reassured us it was ok even though it was running louder. Hafiz is honest, knowledgeable (e.g., don't buy KA dishwashers because of bad design; make sure you run the sink faucet and get hot water running before starting the DW as cold water will not clean the dishes well), reasonably priced and the nicest guy! He's good about showing and explaining the problem and then offering solutions. For example, with my washing machine, one option was to buy a used part since no new parts were being manufactured. Hafiz was upfront and said if I went that route, I would have to buy the part; he didn't want to be held responsible if the used part was no good. He would install it, but couldn't give me his regular 90 day warranty because of the used part. If only more service providers were as prompt, courteous, honest and knowledgeable as Hafiz! I called in the afternoon for a 17-year old refrigerator that had stopped working. My normal service couldn't get to me until 2 days later, but they squeezed me in that evening. They actually got there early (after calling to make sure it's OK). Arrived with masks and face shields, worked efficiently, and diagnosed the problem. The hard part was getting the replacement relay, which took about a day to source. They came back (again after normal business hours) to finish the job once the part was ready. One month later, everything is humming along nicely. They are fairly new to the business, which probably explains some of the extreme focus on customer service and the lack of a deep inventory of old spares. But they went the extra miles (literally, to get the spare part) for me and I would definitely call on them again. Outstanding customer service and high technical competency. read more

I recently contacted Zeus for a washing machine repair job. They responded very professionally. After working on the issue, they identified two issues. They showed, on their phone, the cost of the parts, which would have made the repair job more expensive than buying a new one, which the technician suggested. This is a review for my follow up experiences. Zeus folks came to my house and fixed my washer leaking about 3 weeks ago. The washer was working like new for a few days before I saw some water came out under the washer again. Messages to Hazif and he paid me a visit the next day and checked the washer throughout again. It turns out this time it was a new problem, the water hose outside of washer was leaking. Hazif is so great, they replaced the hose without charging labor fee (for re-examing the washer). The owner and his helper were extremely nice and professional. They came to install the pedestals for my washer and dryer. Turned out the screws and nails for the pedestal were incorrect and missing. They were willing to help me out and not charge me extra for having to come out again in the near future after he orders the nails and screws for us.
