Umid did a great job on my dryer. The dryer wasn't drying clothes very effectively so he opened the entire machine to vacuum out all the lint. He didn't have another extra vent on him at the time so he came back two days later to replace the vent with a new one. Dryer is super hot after that. They ordered the part right away and returned just a couple of days later to complete the repair. Everything was resolved exactly as they said it would be. I also asked them to check on an LED light inside the refrigerator that wasn't working. They initially explained it might be related to the control board, but after the board was replaced, we realized it was a separate issue. He advised me to purchase the light part directly and call him to schedule the installation. When he came back to replace it, he didn't even charge me for the labor.
