He reviewed issue with washer and said the shaft was on its last legs, and that was it for the washer, not repairable. While he was there, I had him clean the inside of my dryer as he did three years ago, when I almost had a fire because so much lint/cat hair had built up on the heating element (internal). I would not recommend this company for repairs. Had an ice maker replaced back in April, and it broke last week. I was charged $400 to have it replaced which I thought was expensive. Turns out it was a lot. Had it replaced today and it was over $100 less. Come to find out, the initial replacement was not a genuine part. It was most likely a third party part. Sadly to say: We will NEVER use them again. They have been over 2 other times before and we were happy with the owner. This time has been a disaster. I won't go into my lengthy details of all that we went through. I will make it simple. Our heat in our clothes dry went off / on 7-28 the tech. came over, said he needed to order a part: we asked how long-he said he would PROBABLY let us know in a few days. Vadim came, assured to fix my refrigerator , motor was making noise, ice frozen in the back,he did spent sometime to clear and suggested for new Gasket (as he is gap causing ice frozen and light blinking) and motor-fan replacement and it will work fine, he ordered the parts and took 500$, will be back once part received, where he ordered from not known, didn't show up for a month, after few follow ups on why its taking longer for parts, he came and said no motor/fan replacement required , just one side of Gasket replaced, other side as is ? the door temperature was still blinking, he said that its fixed, it will go away in a day. It never went, still showing, again motor making noise, I asked for some warranty and asked for another $200 or he said he will rip off the gasket back, I asked since fan was not replaced but didn't agree, I paid. but Issue of noise reoccur, issue of blinking light was never fixed, its supposed to fix in a day as we make sure flapper are closed properly. This is the second time he has repaired our aging refrigerator and we kept his card because we like his professional service. Also appreciate that he shows us exactly what is causing the problem and what we can do to avoid it in the future. This time, called him on Sunday afternoon and he arrived Monday morning. Our refrigerator was warm on the top but cool in bottom half. Freezer was fine. He showed us the problem, which was a food particle in the defroster drain line, and gave us some tips for avoiding it in the future. While he was here, our dishwasher plugged up! I have a loose door handle on my Bosch OTR Microwave Oven and wanted it fixed before it fell off. I had tried doing it myself (You Tube) but the process was quite involved. Our dryer wasn't working. My wife called an appliance repair clearing house service on Saturday on the internet, and I was very skeptical. Vincent of Happy Again Appliance Service called back soon after (yes, on Saturday), and said he'd send someone out on Sunday morning. Dave showed up on Sunday morning as scheduled, wearing his Happy Again work shirt and carrying a backpack with lots of tools and supplies. When he opened the backpack in the laundry room, it was full of tools and very well organized. It was apparent that he was a professional. Turns out the problem was with the new water heater, and had nothing whatsoever to do with the machine. I would expect a good repair tech to have been able to spot that there was nothing wrong with the machine and been honest enough to tell me that.
