The front lobby does not have a receptionist. The sign on the plexiglass is to call the number. I failed to see the no knocking on the glass sign - someone looked up from their desk and pointed to the glass which had a sign says to call. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. I had a deductible and a monthly fee since it's a rental. The physical therapist or occupational therapist told us that someone from Apria would reach out to me for home delivery. I checked the website from my phone and also saw the same thing - you need to verify the patient's first and last name as well as DOB. Anyway, I was antsy and called yesterday. Call early because I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was very nice as well; explained my deductible and monthly fee, and that if I were to go, go before or after their lunch hour. I came about 3 minutes before noon. Thankfully I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman showed me how to use the leg thingies and assemble / fold up. Gavin broke his leg in 2 places Sunday and had major surgery Monday (over 6 hours). It'll be a long road of recovery for him, but I'm thankful he's alive and ok. Just no football for at least 2 years, if ever. He should be able to walk normally in 8 months to a year, his orthopedic surgeon says.

The care-giver came a couple times a week to take my mother-in-law on walks and to run errands, make lunch, and engage her in conversation as she can no longer drive by herself, has trouble getting around on her own, and has some speech troubles. As we began a 2-month remodel, we took a break from services. I called a couple weeks ago to restart care, and the past caregiver was no longer with the service. I gave our information to Caitlin again, and waited to hear back. After several days, I called again. They asked me all the same questions, and I had to re-give all our information, as if I had never called initially. We scheduled a caregiver to come out for three hours. When she arrived, the first thing she said (before introducing herself) was "Sorry, I might smell. I just biked here." There was definitely a break in communication, as this person could not take my mother-in-law to run errands on her bicycle, and didn't even have a driver's license to drive one of our cars. I immediately called Right at Home, and told the caregiver she could leave. I have not received a call back since this happened, almost a week ago. Luckily we've found another local service that has been very responsive and listens to our needs.

All Seasons Homecare was highly recommended to me by my attorney so I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Lou Ann. She explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I knew after talking to her that my mother-in-law would be in good hands. This place is top notch and so professional. I used All Seasons for 11 days. In that time, all the caregivers showed up on time and gave excellent care to my mother-in-law. At the end of each shift, the caregiver would write up a summary of their visit online, letting me know how my mother-in-law was doing and how the visit went. These notes were very insightful. I appreciate how if there are any problems or questions you can contact Honor, the company All Seasons partners with, 24 hours a day. Very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend All Seasons/Honor. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely!!!! When you need homecare done right, this is the place to contact! Thanks Lou Ann, Christina, and all the excellent caregivers. You guys are the best!!!

We were given very short notice that mom was going to be released but Lou Ann and Christina met with us and mom to get better acquainted with her and her needs. Shortly after mom got home she had a virtual meeting with a therapist and with no way to conduct this meeting, Christina drove to the home to personally assist with the process. Above and beyond! An urgent staffing issue arose late on a Sunday evening while I was sitting in an airport so I called the 24 hour service number and within minutes I received a call back that the issue was resolved, another example of All Season's commitment to provide the best possible care to their clients and their families. All of the Health Care Professionals assigned to help mom have been very helpful, patient and kind (and mom can be a handful at times:) ) I also very much appreciate the fact that I receive daily reports once the homecare visit is complete that summarizes the visit. Living out of state this is beyond helpful. After reading the reports and finding out about doctor visits or therapist visits that occurred I am able to contact mom and discuss the visit, etc. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization for anyone who is in need of homecare services. The entire organization from Lou Ann and Christina to the personnel answering the 24 hour "hotline" is in my mind, without a doubt, the best homecare service available. Living out of state I am unable to oversee mom's care on a daily basis, but, in my opinion, All Season's professionalism coupled with their compassion reassures me that mom is receiving the next best thing to a family member being there

She came to Dad's bedside at the post-acute facility to make it easy for me to ask questions and sign him up for care at home. She has served as a valuable liaison. Nurse Dilara advocated for my dad with his doctor when anything wasn't quite right, drew blood for tests, filled pill boxes, and made sure med refills were up-to-date. Really appreciated having her in our corner. PT Abha and OT Ryan were super professional and helpful. Abha spoke loudly and clearly, which was super helpful for my hard-of-hearing dad. We decided to go with caregivers from ProHealth as well and have worked with some very competent, caring people. When mom was striving for independence, they supported her by going on her walks with her, taking her to appointment, and fixing some meals. When mom was confused or ill, they notified us quickly and were patient and soothing to our mother. My 75-year-old mother underwent necessary brain surgery three weeks ago. Three days before surgery, she had a ground-level fall, tore her rotator cuff, and sustained a small fracture. Because the surgery could not be deferred, she proceeded as planned but required significant care at home afterward. She had been fully independent, and although she lives with my father, the caregiving needs were beyond his comfort level. I was able to help for a few days after her discharge, but it was clear they would need additional support for her to remain safely at home. The hospital nurses were wonderful, but my mom needed assistance even with basic tasks like repositioning in bed and using the restroom, as her left arm was immobilized. Our hospital care coordinator connected us with Amy, the client care manager for Family Matters, who met us at home right away. She performed a thorough evaluation and took the time to understand my parents' needs and preferences. Almost immediately, we were connected with KJ, the Director of Operations, who coordinated the caregiving schedule. She ensured an excellent match with caregivers and that coverage was consistent and reliable. Communication was seamless--KJ was always responsive and proactive with updates, and we never felt out of touch. My mom especially wanted to recognize her primary daytime caregiver, Maria. Maria was attentive, warm, and incredibly experienced, with over 20 years in caregiving. She is also an excellent cook and was especially skilled in helping my mom with more vulnerable tasks like showering. The other caregivers who supported nights and weekends were also wonderful. The team clearly put thought and care into matching personalities and backgrounds, which made a meaningful difference. Over the following weeks, my mom gradually regained her independence, and we were able to scale back care smoothly. The team made adjustments easy and seamless. We would absolutely use Family Matters again. This was our first experience with a caregiving service, and we were initially apprehensive, but they made the entire process easy, supportive, and reassuring. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
