I was looking for a specific canvas print for months and I called this location to see if they had it. I spoke with Carol ( the store manager on the homegoods side ) and she was so helpful! Not only did she locate the print, but she put it on hold for me as well! I drove 40 minutes after work to this location. I've never been to a Homegoods/Marshalls combo before! Not enough help! I think it's a great theory to combine two already busy retailers to save on labor but the checkout line is out of control; at times it is outside of the checkout area and extends to the back of the store. I also realized they want you in that long queue to continue shopping the items lining the checkout. On three separate occasions I have abandoned by cart because I had been in line for 20-30 minutes and my time is also valuable. My husband refuses to go anywhere near this store. Each time there were managers or supervisors standing behind the registers doing nothing of value when you have 50 people in a line. The customer used to be king but not here; they should jump on a register. I will drive the extra distance to Vacaville where they have a Homegoods that is not a combo! read more

The positive of the two stars: Fun, cool and nifty items of clothes, toys, and furniture. Good prices too. But.. The customer service was horrible. It was hard for me to find anybody working on the floor, and when I did find one, very rude. I asked the employee if they sold lanyards or keychains. She said that Home Goods would carry them (I was on the Marshalls side), and when I asked her where, she told me she doesn't work on that side. We were only a few feet away from the "Home Goods" side as is. Anyways, when I went to go on the Home Goods side, I also couldn't find many employees. Everyone was at the register. I eventually found an employee but she was on her phone. Not just any old phone, her damn PERSONAL PHONE! She looked like she was purposely on the sales floor, with her name tag out, and on the clock. It made me very angry. Plus, when I went to go ask her for assistance, she just rolled her eyes and kept talking on her phone... I was tempted to tell a manager, which i should've but didn't. This is the first time that I have seen a HomeGoods and Marshalls actually inside the same location. It is a decent store that is clean and a good selection of household items. I was a little disappointed with the kitchen section, but there were good picture frames and carpets. What did I learn today? Moraga is still the best HomeGoods in the Bay Area. read more

I'd give the place 5 stars but sadly I had to file a disputed charge with my bank. I got rid of my receipt too early and found my account charged 3 times for the same amount. I spoke with the manager and she couldn't do anything about it. I have never had an issue with Marshall's before but this makes me cautious at best to return. If you do go, make sure to keep your receipt until the charge has been processed. read more

This is a new and really nice HomeGoods. I always buy something every time I come here from San Francisco. They have a huge pet collection and have great furniture and rugs. I also like how everything is always organized. I usually don't have time to venture over to the Marshalls side as I end up spending most of my time in the HomeGoods section. I absolutely love HomeGoods. I am constantly shopping here but recently I had a horrible experience I was accused of shop lifting and it was awful!! So rude to assume I was stealing just because I was wearing my hoodie mind you it's a 70$ sweater from Zara oh and it gets worse !!! I over heard the "manager" speaking to her co worker over the ear speaker that I was shoving items in my purse !! Are you kidding !?!? I was buying bedding not shoving stuff into my Louis Vuitton Neverfull. I felt so discriminated against because I was a male with a purse as well. I will still continue to shop here but I had to share this awful story. read more

in comparison to other HomeGoods and Marshalls stores, this location is lacking. Having the two combined into one location would be better off being a Marshalls overall. Small selection on each side but the service was pretty nice. read more

I like the convenience of the combination homegoods/Marshalls. Both stores have a decent selection with moderate pricing. Both stores were clean and organized. The racks and shelves are easy to shop with clear pricing. The staff is limited to fitting rooms, cashiering and I'm sure stocking merchandise. It's basically self serve. Every interaction with an employee was friendly and professional. I enjoy the ability and opportunity to be able to donate to a charity during check out. Thank you! Parking is just okay. There is a large parking lot but very full especially during the weekend. read more

I passed by these shops on a recent trip to Napa. It's brand new and spotless which was the icing on the cake! There was a huge parking lot and I found 2 great deals! I got a kitchen aid spring form pan (I've always wanted to make cheesecake) for $5. And I also got a cute top for under $20. If I ever visit Napa again, I'll be sure to stop in. read more

This is not the Marshalls you're used to. I walked in today and was greeted with a warm welcome by the greeter (one of the best greeters I've seen). The store was clean, well-lit, and organized. The store manager, Eric, runs a tight ship. Despite being called to the front 3 times to help me, he remained cheerful and eager to help. I highly recommend. read more

I have been an avid shopper at Marshalls and Home Goods since they opened here in Napa. I have bought a LOT of clothing & home goods. I am still very much enjoying the Home Goods Dept. They are so well organized, helpful and super conscientious about their jobs from Management to the workers. Total 5 Stars to Home Goods. NOT even close on the Marshal's side of the store--- I haven't seen anything worth buying in the Women's Clothing Dept. since last Spring! It has been brutally diminishing day by day until there is now only 1/2 ONE-HALF of a rack of clothing in the entire Women's Sizing (1X-3X) and very little XL in the remaining sections of clothing. I am so disappointed---what could be the excuse for soooo long? I have talked to management and it is always about "headquarters". There is apparently NO clout or responsibility or control for merchandise on the part of the LOCAL store. It is apparently ALL about the headquarters and the buyers there. OK, I got it. And this company is absolutely sadly deteriorated in the Women's Clothing section for over a year with no intention of resolving the problem. PLEASE do something to bring back some decent clothing for Napa. We have so little to choose from here in the Valley. I am not interested in going into the store anymore (finding nothing new) and spending my money locally, if they cannot make a mighty big improvement. HomeGoods and Marshalls are welcome additions to Napa. They have great sales when it comes to gifts, affordable clothing, and the toy section is great for those shopping for kids. HomeGoods has an extensive food selection- an ideal place to find exotic coffees for a reasonable price. The employees are helpful; this is a promising new set of shops. read more

Great store at times. Upset because I couldn't find the pants they couldn't hold for an hour. Red pants incident will forever stick in my mind. The kicker was that I ended up buying a bunch of other items when I returned. Even signed up for the rewards card. The 1-800 number and online customer service was horrible. WITH PAYING MY BILL. I recommend HomeGoods here in Napa. I needed to buy some new pots for my backyard. I found the most beautiful pots and the price was great! My family loved the pots, it was a great buy. I will for sure come again in the future. read more

Marshall section not great. the ladies in fitting room are always nice & pleasant w customers. they also has this annoying crazy looking lady who goes to talk to all the customers in line bout hows their shopping experience & if they want to sign up for a credit card. She has this creepy voice that sounds like a big baby & makes everyone feel awful & uncomfortable. she makes me want to scream & run!!! shes like a creepy clown. Love, love, love coming here for kitchen gear, and now doggie gear. This is a great place to invest in or upgrade your kitchen utensils-- from rubber spatulas to cookie sheets to lasagna pans. I just recently adopted a puppy and got a ton of stuff here-- they pretty much have everything you probably need to get started...like training pads, crates (for crate training), doggie doors, treats, toys, leashes, collars, beds, blankets, towels, and poop bags. Treats are high quality, many of them being human grade, even! I pretty much get everything I need for my dog here, except for the food, which I prefer to pick up from Whole Foods or Pet Food Express. The nice thing is if you get one of their credit cards, you can quickly earn $10 certificates to use towards your purchases, so prices become that much cheaper and savings that much greater. read more

We drive to this marshals/home goods when we want to shop because this one is simply the best! They have so much cute stuff it is insane. We can't leave this store without spending way to much money though. Great selection!! And now with chipotle right next door we just may never leave! read more

Spent a huge sum of money here and had a few items to return. Turns out I was just a few days past the return deadline so they would only do store credit. And they wouldn't even take back one of the items even though the tags were still attached. Manager was not only not helpful but also unfriendly. Talk about a wasted opportunity! I love this place I love marshals, who doesn't love good quality and reasonable prices. The thing that gets me and I'm not just saying this, I'm Hispanic/Latino (the area around here is not) you don't see many of us in these areas. I can see why people like me don't feel so comfortable, anyways spent about an hour here trying to find a top to wear found what I needed and just browsed around the store, noticed this same employee was following me around, okay I didn't think anything of it. So when I get to the line the same employee came up to me and asked if he could take the hangers from my cart I said sure. He proceeded to go through my items okay I let that go too. So I get up to the register and what appears to be the manger tell the cashier that was going to help me to leave "I got it" and didn't even greet me asked if I was buying my own bag, I said, "yes I'll grab one off the wall" and came back and she was already ringing me up (usually they wait) so the whole time was awkward I felt as if she thought I was stealing, quiet the whole time my total was close to 200 dollars I took my card out and she asked is it debit or credit? I said debit she then asked me to insert my chip whatever (normal) then as I was waiting for the machine she was stuffing my items into the bag usually the my fold them, okay she then handed me my receipt and left and the other girl came back... mind you this lady was white just like the majority of people in this area, I just thought it was kinda weird, and also very uncomfortable. Work on your diversity and check your manager skills with customers. read more
