I have passed this HomeGoods for weeks and it's finally open! It opened two weeks ago and this store has a lot of stuff! The store is so neat and organized! They sell rugs, lamps, mirrors, picture frames, towels, sheets, pillows, trinkets, and a variety of food items! This location has nicer items than many of the other HomeGoods locations I've visited throughout metro Atlanta. I give this location four stars because there are not enough parking spaces in this shopping center near the HomeGoods! I visited and every space was full.

    # of Visits: 10+…read more This location is great. If anything's wrong with my plants, I ask Monica (I think that's her name), who's their main horticulturist (not just a salesperson and plant-aficionado). She helped me bring back my fiddle leaf ficus when it was looking droopy. She visits a lot of the Pike locations though, so she's not always there. But everybody's generally friendly and always has plenty of advice so you can't go wrong. Check out their free Playing in the Dirt Card. https://www.pikenursery.com/play-in-the-dirt-club/. If you spend $600, you get a $25 credit. It seems a lofty goal but I managed to reach it somehow, so go for it! :) If you subscribe to their newsletter, every so often they have a BBQ/Member Appreciation. They grill burgers & hot dogs and you can munch while looking at what's in season. They have a guaranteed-for-life warranty for most of their shrubs, bushes, trees (you'll have to check the fine print). You don't even have to worry about keeping the receipt because if you check out with the Playing in the Dirt card, they keep that information on file. Just give them a rough timeline to help narrow down your search. Like any store, they also have red/yellow tag events where items are heavily discounted. I've gotten some of my favorite plants for 50-75% off. Parking can be a bit of a pain since there's not really a good traffic flow (one-way really). When leaving, there's no protected light, you just have to say a little prayer when turning left onto Roswell Rd.

This review is specifically of the store manager, Jesse. My husband and I have been regular…read morecustomers at this Pike for years. We have spent over $16,000 there over the past three years, and we have also used their landscape services. We're often there weekly, and we know several of the employees well. About a year or so ago, we hired them to do a landscape installation. One of the items they chose to plant was a small but expensive Thunderhead Japanese Black Pine that was $600. The tree has never done well and looks terrible. At least half the tree always looks dead. It's right in front of our foyer window so it's very visible. We asked the manager, Jesse, for store credit for this tree, and we were already planning to buy a tree that was about the same price. The manager refused, stating that the tree wasn't completely dead so it was not covered under their lifetime guarantee. He recommended that we "cut out all of the dead parts." As you can see in the photo, that would be 2/3 of the tree. As someone who has spent my career in the service industry, I am shocked and disappointed that a manager would treat a longstanding customer so poorly. It has completely ruined our desire to do business with Pike in the future. In my opinion, he made a very bad call.
