Well where do I start. My Wife and I bought a a Beautiful King Sized Bed on a Saturday. I hired an…read moreOutside Delivery Service to pick it up the Following Wednesday. When my guy arrived, he was told by The Dump there was Fresh Damage to the Bed. My wife and I drove down to the Dump the next day, because we couldn't get anyone on the phone. Once we arrived, we looked at the Damage and we were given substantial discount. We were scheduled to have the Bed delivered the following Tuesday by the Dump, no call no show. Rescheduled for Thursday. No call no show. My wife and I drive back down there, the Salesman who we dealt with seemed so disinterested in our Situation, so my wife dealt with the General Manager Curtis. Unlike our Salesman, Curtis seemed genuinely concerned and he and my wife worked out a deal where we eventually got 51% off the Bed along with the $300 delivery fee being Waived. We LOVE the Furniture in the store, but I'm having a hard time convincing my Wife to go back. Excellent Prices, I just hope Curtis hires more dedicated salesman like himself. I would Definitely Give a 5 to the Store, but a Zero to the Salesman and Customer Service. With that said, I settled on 3 Stars.
