Though they didn't reach out until about 5:15pm that next day, 2 guys showed up, took away the broken section and offered to assemble the bed in our bedroom. They even took away all the cardboard from the 3 pieces, which was a nice bonus. Spent $1K on a new bed. Waited the 6 weeks for it to be delivered due to Covid. Knew that it would take that long going into the purchase. Garage delivered today. The box with the footboard and pull out drawers looked pretty rough and it had been re-taped. Upon opening, the wood frame was busted up in one corner. I called customer service and received zero sympathy. Not even close to a "Sorry to hear." Their warranty department will call in 2-5 days to figure out the replacement. So there the oversized box will sit in our garage taking up a car space. And we will sleep on a mattress on the floor until the replacement comes. I will update this post even they show even the slightest amount of care, or offer to put it together or something.
