Every once in a while, I stopped at the stores just to see what they have. Today they had a ton of Halloween items out and a lot of it was really cool. If I had more space, I would definitely buy stuff to decorate with. I saw some really cool items in there food selection, and even found a gluten-free item that would be safe for my kid so that was a bonus. I sent them the information so they can decide if they're interested. I'm actually considering some cookware items that they have. I didn't find anything today, but when I crossed over to the Marshalls side I found a single Funko pump that is a Halloween Chucky. So that was my find for the day. These stores are definitely worth checking out if you're looking for interesting and obscure items. There were a whole bunch of employees stocking items in the aisles. The only one I interacted with was the cashier and they were pleasant. Most items have pretty decent prices on them, but it is best to pay attention like with most stores. read more

Sad to give this Marshalls/Homegoods a 1 star considering they have great buyers and products in store. Customer service was horrible. Went to try on 4 dresses - wasnt greeted. Counted them in front of the team member then literally had to hang them on a rack for her to then count again, hand me a number and not speak. Exact same situation happened at check-out. Cashier didn't greet me or speak, then handed me the application to fill out a Marshall's credit card. When I declined she continued going on about her business and didn't speak. read more

Recently visited this location in the morning when it was not busy. Unfortunately, there was only one cashier handling the entire line of patrons attempting to purchase their items. There were a few other associates at the Front completing projects; but none helping with the cashier duties. Unfortunately this was about a 15 to 20 minute. wait at a very slow and off peak time that was unnecessary. There was no greeting or salutation or any communication between me and the cashier who was assisting me. Just completely odd and unusual. read more

Home Goods and Marshalls are always fun to browse, but I cannot stand the checkout process. It seems that no matter what time of the day or week you go, you will always be standing in a mile-long line to check out. It's also annoying because sometimes you go and there are no carts to use, so you end up carrying your purchases. Walked in looking for something specific, a St. Patrick's themed runner for a table and a full shopping cart later we had some designer name clothes, shoes, bath towels, coffee and some kitchen utensils. The store is organized, has helpful employees (Thanks Chloe @ Register #5) and deserves 5 stars except that since both Marshall's and Home Goods share cashiers the line is typically very long. While I found what we were looking for, the line was astronomically long and you really needed more cashiers than were scheduled. The line was the entire queue, wrapped the outside of the queue and almost to the very back of the store down an aisle. An elderly woman behind us cut the line because she said "it's too long for her to wait." The selection of product was pretty good but we bought less than we usually do. when I bought this mirror they clearly told me they can return base on my credit card information so I don't need to keep the receipt, I say yes and go back to check the size of it. when I found it is too small i come back to return it they ask my card my driver's license and even ask me to move another mirror to their cashier,to check the barcode, After I done all of that by myself, they told me they can't do that because their system is too old? Pretty standard location for this chain. It'll have all of the items that you expect to find in one of these stores. I love the fact that they have tons of home good options, plenty of decor, and fun things for just around the house. I've also gotten several different pet items here, from treats to toys This is also a great spot to find relatively cheap items for parties and seasonal decor for holidays. Everything is relatively organized and easy to find based on the categories you'd expect to find those products in. The line is single file and leads to all the different registers that are available. I love this concept to considering that it moved everybody faster and no one gets held up because one customer is taking a longer time than another. Be sure to check out the impulse items in the check out area including, candles, Bath and Beauty, and fun knick knacks. Overall: A- Sometimes chaotic but mostly clean and organized home good shopping. read more

Homegoods is my go to store for inspiration and a great place to find things you didn't know you needed. They have a mixture of styles from modern to vintage for all spaces of your home. I love knick knacks for the kitchen and they have them in spades. You could redecorate your entire home and then the even better part is that it has an open connection to Marshals next door. The checkout line was 80-100 ft long ... the stockers were so overwhelmed & frustrated ... there was merchandise everywhere waiting to be put on display, but no room ... the store is bursting at the seams. I find something every time I visit, but I refuse to wait in those ridiculous lines, drop my merchandise, and I leave. I don't know why other customers don't demand better service. I could walk around in Home Goods for hours. They have such great deals on things that you didn't even know you needed! It's so weird how that happens. I was looking for some items for my new office. They have a little bit of everything for your home, office, etc. Lots of things make great gifts as well. It's definitely worth a look if you are are decorating or need some kitchen tools, they even have snacks and specialty food items. The staff was nice and helpful and the store was kept fairly organized. First of all let me start by saying that Home Goods is one of my favorite stores along with TJMaxx. Not so mich a fan of Marshall's though. But I like them and shop there often. So here I am at 5:15 pm about to go in to the one located on Centerview off of Osceola Pkwy and as I'm approaching the entrance door 2 associates literally ran to block me and told me "sir you can't come in" I asked them why and they just said "because we're closed". I looked at my watch and saw it was a few minutes after 5pm so I asked them why they were closed and one of the associates just said "because we are. See you tomorrow" and then I saw people going in through Marshall's which is adjoining and connects inside. So I asked them why can't I go on through here but they are letting people in through the other entrance. She just said. "No. We're closed." WTF read more

Listen, I am a huge fan of Home goods, Marshall's , TJ Maxx--I can usually find something cute at a really great price--from clothing to furniture. However, the lines at this store are always ridiculously long. Today I saw 4 employees not on register--2 were marking items down and 2 were standing near the front carrying on a long conversation. Great nick-knick store. Located in the Crosslands shopping center. Next to Hobby Lobby. You can found just about everything you are looking for here. Including marinades and spices for cooking. Even pasta. Stores is large and somewhat organized but it is a hodge podge of items. I don't know what it is with this store... but the lines for check-out are worse than waiting for an E-Ticket ride at any of the Disney Parks! I have been here several times, and the deals are OK, nothing stellar, but you get in a hellacious long line that almost wraps around a large part of the store. I don't like coming here to shop, but my wife does, and so i tolerate it. The store itself is OK. It's "two" stores in one... Marshalls and a Homegoods. There is usually a decent selection of goods. I love HomeGoods. There's a few items I would purchase here immediately but every time I walk in to this location, the line is so incredibly long it takes all my shopping mood away. I walk right out. This has happened 3 times already. They never have enough staff or whatever the case is. What a missed opportunity by upper management. Horrible experience . Shopped found what we needed in about 10 minutes but checking out was another story. We were there about 4:30 pm so the line to checkout was about half way down from the entrance. They had only 3 cashiers for to stores since Marshalls and Home Goods are in same building. Line got to entrance of checkout and still only 3 cashiers. We stood in line longer to checkout than we did for shopping. I will not be back. Not enough cashiers for 2 stores. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I like Hobby Lobby. They are much better. I complained to our cashier but like talking to the wall. This store located on Centerview in Kissimmee, FL.
