She snapped at us for placing the box of shoes on the wrong side of the cash register saying she would end up charging us twice. That would be her mistake not mine. Then she fused about the coupon we gave her, telling us what we already knew. Honestly, we have just had it with poor customer service and being treated with no kindness or respect in all customer service fronts. People want the customer to act a certain way but won't show the same energy. Done with that at this point. Be kind or expect to lose sales and civility.
