They both seem out of touch with reality. There is the trouble on the customer end to return an item that they completely neglected to touch on. Homely it comes to to customer service which this store lacks in. It's like they are reading out of a book. I drove 45 min to the location, I reviewed the return policy and just wanted to return the items (well within the return window). I'm glad there are other retailers in the area, that I carry the brand as I will never be coming here again.

We got our bikes serviced recently and I was impressed by the way they called to discuss the cost of potential repairs before making them. They also discussed the cost of repairs relative to the value of the bike. These and other actions have earned our loyalty.
