Now it's another three week wait to see if they get it right this time, plus additional time for the in store alterations. Not custom to me. What a shame. This used to be a really great store, but apparently no more. BTW, if you see a sale on their web site they no longer give that discount in store; full price there.

We came into the Store that evening and it was busy but Ian said he would help us after he assisted the 3 customers who were ahead of us. He was thorough when he helped us and provided kind and helpful recommendations. My son got a great rental for an excellent price. Ian also helped us with 2 suits that were on sale. On our first visit, as we were heading out, a staff member stopped us and acted like we were trying to steal a coach bag-- We walked in with our older Coach bags, and the same staff member who later accused us of stealing had actually seen us come in with them and even complimented them. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. We decided to give the store another try, but the second visit wasn't any better. When we simply asked if a bag we were interested in was available in the back preferably one wrapped up and untouched (the one on the floor was scratched up and creased), the associate a white lady we spoke to gave us attitude. Then at checkout, the cashier a tall black lady raised her voice at us just because we said no when she asked if anyone had helped us, and again when we declined to sign up for their program. Giving us attitude and talking to us like we were children telling us if anything breaks they won't do anything about it. Overall, the customer service here has been consistently rude and unprofessional. We love Coach products, but after two negative experiences, we definitely won't be returning to this location.

Well sadly with the bag I bought the hardware on the strap broke making the strap unusable. Well they have a one year warranty on their items. So I brought the bag back they were super helpful. Keep in mind sent up an account with them as I lost my receipt they were able to pull up the info from my purchase from my phone number. They offered me a full refund or said I could pick something else out. As luck would have it they had the same bag, same color so I just exchanged it. I was glad they stood behind their products and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I kind of knew what I wanted, a cute tote, Nakyia approached me with a big bright smile "is there something I can help you find?" I said no, I'm looking for a gift, a tote. So basically I told her what I needed help with. She showed me some new bags and I immediately spotted some pretty sleek and smooth options. A quick FaceTime call with my friend to select the bag was perfect! It was the medium size Rouge bag in a unique and pretty green. I made the purchase and requested wrapping since it was gift. She was a joy to work with and we swapped eyeglass vendor recs! While I waited, I spotted a similar green wallet crossover, so cute. I didn't need it but it matches a pair of glasses that I love to coordinate with! I spoke to "Janey's Bell daughter", gosh I can't remember her name but she's sweet and remembered me since previously Janet helped me with purchases before (she was off that day).
