I called and spoke with the assistant manager who was who checked us out and he said I gave them to you and I said no there was three we purchased four you had three in a bundle and one to the side. We made it home with the three but not the fourth one! I feel like I'm pulling teeth. Just get the item that he did not give me and he persecuted to argue with me and I asked to speak to the store manager, but supposedly he's on a conference call.

My order was wrong, the wrong items were sent, and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, I was left dealing with excuse after excuse. I was given assurances that were not followed through on, leaving me to chase the company myself just to get answers about a problem they created. This is not what customer service should look like.
