I recently shopped here and bought some food items (mostly sweets) and some nutritional supplement powders. Most of them were on clearance, so the prices were good. I paid for it all using rewards certificates from my TJX credit card, so it was effectively free! There was a 5 to 10 minute wait at the checkout line. read more

Went to HomeGoods with no plan--left with half a kitchen, a bag of pork rinds, and enough dog toys to open a pet daycare. Not sure how it happened, but it felt right. It's like the store knows what you *don't* need and puts it all in one place so you can buy it anyway. Fancy spatulas? Got 'em. Cast iron pan shaped like a fish? In the cart. Pork rinds next to throw blankets? Absolutely. Reese now has a squeaky taco, a plush moose, and something that looks like a hedgehog wearing pants. He's thrilled. This place is dangerous in the best way. You don't shop at HomeGoods--you survive it. And then you go back for more. read more

This place has so much crammed in such a small spot. But it's all so darn good, it's hard not to come here every week! Furniture, bedding, food items, etc. They have affordable items that are made well. Prices are fair as well The only downside is that it's very difficult to push a cart through the super crowded aisles. read more

This was my first time at a Home Goods store. They certainly have a selection of a lot of things. Much of the store is divided by types of items like bedding supplies, furniture, gourmet kitchen (cooking tools plus food and sauces), pet supplies, kidzone (toys, etc) and more. They have holiday supplies- now it is Valentines Day and Easter. There are a number of organizing containers. I found just what I needed there. They have indoor and outdoor furniture-limited supply. It was relatively easy to find an area of interest. I found it hard to find prices on a number of things which made it difficult to determine if they were worth it. They have several checkout stations near the exit and lines move fairly well. It is a place where you could find a housewarming gift or household goods fairly easy. Not a large selection of things but big variety in what they have. read more

Stopped into this miniature looking Home Goods while in Oro Valley yesterday and I loved it! Not as crowded as I'm used to, still the same cute stuff! My real goal was Halloween decor (we have to start in July now?!) and this location did not disappoint. The cashier was fast, friendly, and even shared a funny story. She also let me know when the next haul of Halloween decor will be in...but I'm not telling! It would be worth the drive for me to come back out here! read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this Home Goods. Love: this is the location nearest my home. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I can always find what I'm looking for... which leaves me to hate. lol Hate: I go in to buy one thing and somehow by the time I checkout and leave, I've spent far more than I had planned. Too many excellent values and treasures around every corner and shelf. My walls look amazing because of this Home Goods. My patio is welcoming, my kitchen is kitted out with Rae Dunn goodies.. I constantly receive compliments on how amazing our house is decorated. I'd say it's 95% due to Home Goods. But the best thing about this store - I am now able to do themed dishes and parties based on what they carry seasonally. This is one of the best HomeGoods that I've ever been to! The store is organized well, based on the various rooms of the house. When you first come in, you will see the kitchen stuff to your left. They are further organized based on color, which is really nice. I've gotten some pretty nice dishes here on clearance before. Likewise, the bathroom and bedding sections are also organized similarly. My favorite part of this store is the selection of wall art. I've gotten some pretty cool art for good prices. I recently moved here to Tucson, so being able to pick up unique stuff to decorate my home with has been a lot of fun. HomeGoods has made it easy and affordable. The selection is very wide. Be sure to come back periodically as they do have good themed stuff based on the season. I really enjoyed the summer beach themed items and also the winter Christmas goods. Since everything is so affordable, I can decorate my home every season without breaking the bank! read more

I loved this place! I was waiting for an appointment and decided to check it out. So many great home goods for good prices. I went crazy and bought cookie cutters, cupcake mix, and a paper towel rack. It was all on sale, I don't think I paid more than $9 for anything. Great selection of...wait for it....HOME GOODS. ;) Okay, now that I got THAT out of the way, they seriously have a great selection of home decor and gourmet food items. They have furniture, rugs, kitchen ware, cookbooks, stationery, pet items, bathroom stuff, linens, wall art and decor, coffee and tea, etc. A lot of the items they sell can still be found in department stores, high end grocery stores, and furniture store....but at a much higher price. Enjoy shopping at Oro Valley HomeGoods but I am very spoiled having lived on the north east coast where the HomeGoods are the size of a Costo store. Tucson needs a larger store with much more product to offer. Have noticed that most Tucson stores are of mini size compared to most other places in the states. read more

I visited HomeGoods last night. This store has been around in the Oracle Crossings Shopping center (Magee & Oracle) since summer 2011. However, it was not listed in Yelp yet. And it deserves to be listed. My husband, Gary, and I ventured in to leisurely stroll and check out the store on a quiet Saturday night. It certainly was not quiet in there! People were happily shopping in all the nooks and crannies of this large store. And it really invites you to come look because it offers quality merchandise and some really good bargains for the shopper in the know. We ventured into the food section, where gourmet treats and sauces and oils abounded. Then I discovered the CLEARANCE section. My downfall. I also encountered some hard-core shoppers who check this area out often. I showed my husband this area. He then surprised me by finding a bunch of beautiful odd lot single matching ceramic serving pieces priced at $7 and $9. They were unusual shapes, very artistic. He scooped up 5 different styles, including a huge serving bowl with slots for handles cut into the ceramic design (very clever!) for $12. Great for pasta or a large salad. I guess entertaining is on our agenda in the near future! We wandered the rest of the store, picking up a few other deals (food item and a ceramic covered coffee mug). They have A LOT-I cannot list it all but just about anything for the home, from fake trees and plants to bath items, children's section, linens, cooking items, furniture, lightining and much more. It is a great place to visit if you also need house gifts for a visit or gifts for special occasions--or just to wander. But hold on to your wallet tight if you just plan to wander and not buy. You will probably be sorely tempted when you find the perfect item and at an appealing price! read more

This place used to be awesome! However, recently the prices have become much higher. I'm not sure if this location has a new manager or what, but the clearance section is laughable. With prices hardly discounted for heavily used / damaged items! The 'as is' prices are also not even close to what they should be! And the furniture, what happened to competitive pricing?! I can go to Sam Levitz and get the same stuff for cheaper. Somebody needs to re-evaluate this location and bring it back to what it used to be! read more

I actually really like home goods, but there exchange policy/system is inconvenient. I bought a dish set and two plates were defective. I brought the two plates back for an even exchange. They said I need to bring in the whole set in order to do that and buy the same product...instead of taking two plates out of a set to exchange. Now I have to make another trip. read more

Great place to go if you've just moved or are doing a little decorating.
