The fact that my chip wasn't working she said she was gonna have to ask her boss if I can get a new card without them charging me which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that the chip wasn't working was not my fault and I didn't understand why they couldn't just re-replace it anyways I don't know if she tried to scare me or what it was, but she came back saying that it was fine that they'll just give it to me for this one time anyways a couple years go by and I go about a week ago because my grandma passed away considering I was her caregiver on my income was going into Valley First and then obviously after she passed away I didn't have any more income anymore so they closed my card. Long story short I got McKenzie again again I felt blamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt like she judged me and she was so negative telling me that I would have to open up a whole new account if they even let me open it up I ended up leaving and told her I would go the next morning, but I ended up going to the Valley First downtown and I was helped by such an incredible person. I told her about my experience with McKenzie. She said she was absolutely so sorry about everything and that they should never make us feel that way because they're there to help us she helped me. She helped my mom she was so so different than MacKenzie MacKenzie should not be working in customer service maybe she needs to be trained, but I don't see how someone can be trained to be a nicer human being.

Poor representation and upkeep of the homes that they do represent. There has been a house on the…read moremarket for over six months here in WATERFORD that the weeds are now over 6 feet tall in the front yard. The weeds are so overgrown on the sidewalks that I have seen people trip over there and fall. There was an actual citation notice on their front door. I personally have called the representative Javier, whose name is up here and ask him about the status of the home and yard. Because these homes are not only three years old. When I talked to Javier back in April, he said the house had just closed and it was not his responsibility. I could've done without the hostility and dismissiveness. That was back in April I called again in June and spoke with somebody else. They told me the same story of the house just closed. The new people should've been moving in...... Again, I called in July and spoke with the third person who yet again told me oh yeah the house just closed:...... All the weeds keep growing taller, bringing down the value of our neighborhood and the home. No wonder why it's been on the market for over six months. ...... I don't care if the house closed yesterday , your name and your face is representing this so act accordingly. If this is your property represent property and professionally. I have personally called three times in six months about these weeds and how poor it looks on our neighborhood That is not even three years old. School is starting and now we have children that have to walk past this and in the street to get around the weeds that are obstructing the sidewalk........ Pathetic service and respect for your presentation of property. I would never recommend any sales person from this company to represent anybody or anybody I knew when it came to property ownership needs .....
