As a New Orleans native, I take Cajun food pretty seriously, and I have to say--the food was absolutely outstanding! Everything was flavorful, authentic, and reminded me of home. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! The service was just as impressive. The team was professional, friendly, accommodating, and made catering our rehearsal party incredibly easy. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy such an important celebration. We are so fortunate to have The Lost Cajun locations in Frisco and Cañon City, Colorado, bringing a true taste of Louisiana to Colorado. And coming from someone who was born and raised in New Orleans, that's a pretty big compliment! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I found the boudain balls disappointingly small since my Hubby is from the south and I know they should be the size of a softball. The gator was ok - breading was delicious & cooked to perfection but the gator itself was chewy. All of the other offerings were delicious! The lobster bisque was so great rich & slightly sweet. Great jambalaya & the red beans and rice were nice and creamy. Again fantastic service I would definitely recommend it.

The sushi was good as per my brother who ate it all. The Las Vegas roll was excellent and should on anyone's order list. The denver roll was just ok. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Now that was annoying enough, but the quality was lower too! The light japanese fried rice is now loaded down with onions (not the light leeks that once speckled it). My chicken was tough. The hubby's filet was tender, but something changed with it too because he said it just wasn't the same. The veggie mix was kind of light too and filled with bok choy - which is fine, but I don't want a pile of cabbage as my side. They do not emphasize the changes.
