I found the boudain balls disappointingly small since my Hubby is from the south and I know they should be the size of a softball. The gator was ok - breading was delicious & cooked to perfection but the gator itself was chewy. All of the other offerings were delicious! The lobster bisque was so great rich & slightly sweet. Great jambalaya & the red beans and rice were nice and creamy. Again fantastic service I would definitely recommend it.
