America was less than forthcoming. She knew that we liked the property and used that against us while pretending to be on our side. She was representing the seller and since she had shown us properties before she wanted to represent us as well. She blatantly lied about all BBQ island equipment missing since the previous owner had taken it. When we contacted the previous owner he told us that he never took anything and the current owner had ripped everything out of the island. That was almost $10-15K worth of stuff. We never finalized the walk through since America and the owner simply declined to fix anything. I am being extremely generous with one star. She might be a good agent but did absolutely the most dishonest deal when it came to us. read more

In my first meeting with America, I knew she is the perfect realtor to assist me throughout my house hunting journey.
