Wow, so many positive things to say about Kim not sure where to start. First and foremost, if you're looking for an agent (presumably that's why you're reading reviews) do your self a favor and contact Kim, you won't be sorry as she's as warm and responsive as can be. It's a seller's market so we knew we could sell our townhome in Old Torrance no problem. What we didn't know until we met with Kim was the top dollar it was going to bring in with her expertise. Kim has a great pulse on the market but an even better eye for guiding clients on which upgrades you should make to maximize your return on investment (ROI). If she wasn't an agent I'm sure she'd make a great interior decorator. It was truly a pleasure working with Kim as she laid out all her ideas on where we should update the unit all the meanwhile being very conscience of making sure every dollar out of our pockets would come back exponentially in the sale price. Best of all, she took care of everything with her contractors start to finish and we didn't need to lift a finger. Kim showed us the comps and where we should list our townhome at so it would be competitive and bring in the demand and boy was she right. Once we hit the market we received multiple offers over asking in less than a week and Kim was able to negotiate the best price for us to sell which was certainly well beyond what we thought it would go for and we truly believe it was because we took Kim's suggestions on the upgrades and staging. Kim Doner is the absolute best -- A true five star gem! Hands down, from start to finish, Kim provided the single best customer service experience I have ever received, in any profession. As a first time home seller, I was terrified of the real estate process. Yet Kim sold my duplex when 1) I didn't live in the city, 2) during a pandemic, 3) and while it was tenant occupied. Her team painted, repaired, mended, scheduled, and dealt with city regulations on my behalf. She coordinated everything with escrow, walked me through the disclosure process, and always stayed positive. I just got to relax. Not only that, but she also helped coordinated all inspections, appraisals, viewings, and city visits with both sets of tenants (duplex).
