I had just moved from out of state to a new home at the top of a mountain. I had no service on anything. Nyle installed Starlink giving me back phone and computer service. He mounted 3 TVs in 3 rooms with no wires showing and programmed each TV. Nyle hard wired signal boosters throughout the house and garage. He hooked up ring cameras and programmed them. Nyle reprogrammed the electronic locks on all exterior doors. He cleaned up my phone and computer and taught me how to use and operated the systems. Nyle set up, installed, programmed every electronic devise in my home, giving me 100% of what I needed and wanted. Nyle followed up to see if I had any questions and if everything was running OK. When parts of the equipment were disconnected and then reconnected, major end items all of a sudden didn't operate. There is still one area that isn't operating even after being charged and paid for. Some items are glitchy which is not part of any built in latency. The company has completed what they are going to do and has left the job site. Some parts of the equipment that were replaced have been removed from the job site. For new construction or major renovation projects I might have a different opinion. My wife like the company due to its business model. When I questioned the final invoice, the company decided not to do business with me again. So much for any warranty. So which means if anything stops working, all new equipment will have to be purchased from the company that has to make the system work. No manuals were provided for new equipment purchased. I will have to attempt to locate the company on the web and its customer service department to obtain the information. The company spent a long time on site. More than the proposal estimated.

My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly. We are extending the system to our shop next week, and I'm considering installing some cameras too. I feel confident in Evergreen Security.

I have had an allied system in my home since 1999. It has been great. We had it monitored for the…read morerequired number of years and a few years beyond, but because we had so many people coming and going and setting off the alarm, we decided to use the system, but not have it connected to the police. It was perfect. In 2016, the alarm starting going off randomly and we called allied and asked a tech to come out and service the system. No problem- a new battery was installed and we paid the service fee. Now- in 2024, the battery has worn out again and the alarm is going off randomly throughout the day and night. Allied has changed its policy and will not service the alarm systems they install unless you pay for monthly monitoring. They will not even let you talk to a technician. They are nice enough, but if you need a technician and don't want to pay for monitoring you might consider another company. Luckily, they suggested I google changing the battery and I think I can do it.
