I had a rock chip that I was worried was going to spread and the Hayden location was able to fit an appointment in for me the same day. Other glass shops I called were over a week out. I decided to wait during the repair and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a comfortable waiting area. They worked directly with my insurance carrier for billing. My windshield was also embarrassingly filthy from a road trip and they left it spotless. This is going to be my household's new default glass shop. read more

Rude, non-responsive. I was promised a written quote. When I did not receive my quote in writing via email as promised I called to ask if it could be emailed because I wanted to verify what I was getting. The person on the other end of the phone was short with me and obviously didn't want to be bothered. She accused me of being rude for simply asking her to follow a standard business practice. Grizzly Glass is now my go-to glass store. I had a mishap with my RV and the front windshield popped out of the rubber casing because it was not properly glued previously. They were able to fit me in and were kind enough to store my RV inside (even tho she's a big 36 foot girl) over the weekend to make sure she wasn't exposed to the rain. 3 years ago Grizzly Glass fixed a chip in the drivers side of my rv windshield. Over this winter, ice brought down a large branch smashing into the passenger side of the windshield. I had a good experience 3 years ago, so I called them and explained what had happened and they said this is something they can do and could work with my insurance company to get it done. Turns out due to the age of my rv, the glass was a special order. It took three days to come in and once it was there, we scheduled a day I could drop off the rv early in the morning. This was yesterday at 7:30. Yesterday afternoon at 3:30, I picked up my rv and it was one of the best experiences from start to finish I've ever had regarding getting something (anything) on my rv fixed. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and very polite. And (important to me) they all were very, very kind to my dog and gave her scratches as she went to say hi to them. I'll be back to Grizzly Glass for any other glass needs I have in the future. After spending a little time there while they were doing the insurance paperwork stuff, I now see they do far more than just auto related glass. They ordered the wrong glass for our motorhome and installed it anyway. Installation was a joke and both sides of our windshield popped out and one broke. It was dangerous and completely upsetting when their warranty was not upheld. The glass only lasted 2 trips in our mototrhome and we had to fight an uphill battle with our insurance company and had to take our motorhome to 2 places to certify it wasn't our frame that was the problem. We are now taking it to a guy after all that to get it fixed who says he has been replacing windshields that were installed improperly by Grizzly Glass on a regular basis. Do not use them if you can help it. read more

I had a windshield rock ding, called my Insurance company, they sent the oked claim to Grizzly and I went in the next morning for the repair. The office staff was quite pleasant and helpful. Grizzly Glass filled a 1/2 inch chip in my like new Tundra's windshield, but the chip remains fully visible. In my past experience a small windshield crack would completely disappeared when it was filled. It seems like they used some unskilled tech for my simple repair.
