Made an appointment to take a look at samples and to discuss the project. Normally I'd just walk in but their COVID protocols required a phone call first. Made sense. Was shown a few samples and arranged for an estimate. They charge $100 to come to the house and measure which is applied against the cost of any work they perform. They estimated someone would be out within a week and two days later there they were. I thought the estimate was reasonable so I left a 50% deposit and was told that it would take about 4-6 weeks to receive the carpet and have it installed. Two weeks later they were here. I thought the quality of the carpet and the way it was installed was excellent. Their staff is also experienced and quite personable. The overall experience was a pleasure and I've already made the decision that I'm going to return to have them continue upstairs. Kudos.

Seat: the seat sags at the edge of both arm rests because the retractable bed does not expand out to the edges. I told Urban Natural about this and that the only solution i have found so far is to stuff a sheet into the gap where the sofa cushion is sagging as it meets the arm rest. 3. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.
