I had a tech come to my home for an inspection on 11/1/22 and said I'd have my estimate my end of day. Come 11/3/22 not a word back from them. So, I called to follow up on and they told me the same thing, by end of day. It's 11/4/22 and not a word back from them. I think I had this service for over a year. I called because a saw rat poop under our bbq. They put traps out and said they would move them every other month. They were never moved. Furthermore one trap ended up being wide open. There's supposed to be poison in them. I called to tell them because I have animals and children. They came out and did NOT close the box not once but twice so obviously these box's weren't being refilled or monitored properly since the day they were out. This box was opened for 4months. They also tried to give me a run around about canceling. I still saw the rat poop a year into service with them. I had my husband pull out everything under our grill where we originally had the whole issue the reason why we called .Omg gross!!! And we still had spiders and other bugs they were supposed to be spraying for . Waist of money x20077568. Bare minded I would think they would of put a trap under there. Cleaned it out and now just setting regular snap traps. Obviously this is disgusting but I thought paying a service would of helped basically our issues escalated while we were paying them read more

I called yesterday to contract Homeshield Pest Control, because I noticed a few wasp nests around my house and they were too high up for me to reach myself. Emily Davis, the CSR who took my call, was very friendly and polite. She provided a quick quote and made suggestions on the service I might need. Once I agreed on the service, she was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The Service Professional, Carlos Jolon just left my house about 30 minutes ago, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service he provided. I only requested the wasps to be removed, but he went around the house and dewebbed the corners, sprayed for other pests and even put out a peppermint deterrent for the little critters around the neighborhood. I haven't received my service yet (it's scheduled for tomorrow), but I've been so happy with the companies customer service up to this point I felt the need to acknowledge a couple people. I called the company to schedule an inspection for Termites in my home and was able to schedule one within days of calling. I wish I recalled the females name, but she so patient as I tried to figure out what date and time worked best for me. Fernando arrived on the day of the appointment and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the entire process. I then called to schedule my appointment & spoke with Laurie who was so kind and helpful. She scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I also asked Laurie if there by chance was any specials for new customers & God Bless her for asking and calling me back because there was... I'm so beyond grateful and appreciate her for this. Started an annual plan and Juan came out quickly- super friendly, explained everything, took care of a wasp nest, cleaned up spider webs etc around the house, and placed bait boxes to hopefully take care of some rodents running around after dark. We've been using HomeShield Pest Control for over 2 years now and have been very pleased. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great. There use to be a young man who came that was lazy and I was not satisfied. I called the office and they assigned a new technician (name similar to Tevita?) who is so thorough and professional. Most importantly, since he started to come we have seen ZERO spiders! They are my biggest fear and is why I wanted the service to begin with. Thank you Tevita! Just had my first visit to take care of ant mounds in my yard. Ismael came out and sprayed my entire lawn and outside of my entire house. By the time he left several queen ants were coming up.
