Christen came to my home and looked at what needed ti be done. He explained the process. It takes couple of visits to get rodents. First step is making sure there is no way they are getting in your attic. Proofing and setting traps is first visit. Then after is coming back to check and get rid of any that are caught. I highly recommend this company, I was looking for an exterminator to inspect my parents house the same day and he (Christian) was able to come by that same day. He speaks Spanish which is awesome because I didn't have to be home so he can talk to my parents. He was extremely professional. I thought we had bed bugs, we had an other companies come out and inspect the place and they were giving us quote of 1,800-2,000. But none of them were thoroughly as as this company was. Christian came out for a kitchen ant problem that I tried to treat with Zevo sprays, chalk, and cinnamon to no avail. Christian was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns for pesticides being used. The outside of my home was sprayed and was instructed to give Christian a call if the ants came back. Sure enough, the ants came back in full force because the spray apparently cut off the colony to the outside and they were looking for a new place to nest because they brought out their eggs. I went to Yelp and prayed that I would pick the best one, the first service provider that I picked was a real looser, So I gave it a shot again. OMG I am blessed to have found these guys. Keen the winners for me. I am having a problem with water bugs in my house and a indoor cat who loves to hunt at night depositing her gifts on my bed alive. The actual owner can to my house with in 60 min. Sprayed all around the outside of my house and put traps down inside. He absolutely did not rush it. Christian came and identified the droppings as an adult rat. He found the place of entry (screened entry to the crawl space) and repaired it. He set 6 traps with peanut butter and returned the following day to see the rat had taken the peanut butter without tripping the traps. He then put beef jerky on the traps and added 6 sticky plates. Found droppings on window sills, floors, damage to succulents and other plants. Rat was injured 2 days later but managed to end up on a sticky plate. Christian returned quickly to remove the rat yet recommended leaving the traps in case of another rodent. 4 days later with no new signs of rodents, he came to remove all traps. He was courteous, very knowledgable about their habits and an amazing man to do business with. read more
