One chair even had a piece of lettuce and tomato stuck in the crack of the seat. I had to pay my event staff to clean and wipe down every chair. I have called all week to speak with the Manager at Botten's to alert them of a this issue of lack of quality control on their part. No one has returned my call. Beware if you rent from Botten's Rentals you are getting filthy unsanitary chairs at a cost of $3.95 each and you will have to do their job of cleaning Botten's products.

We've rented from Botten's in past years and have given them referrals and good reviews, but this is not THAT Botten's. The Botten's we encountered this year is completely disorganized and the staff is unhelpful, incompetent and just doesn't seem to care. We rented a scissor-lift on a trailer which Botten's hitched to our truck and showed us "what we needed to know" to use it. When we got the lift to the site, it would not start. Totally dead. We never got it off the trailer. When we returned it they gave us a refund but also accused us of bending some piece of metal - not possible, since we never got it off the trailer. And the guy who unhitched the trailer (same guy who hitched it and gave us the "how to's" when we picked it up), apologized and said there was a propane switch that he forgot to turn on and "we wouldn't have known about it." I was upset about the wasted time, the accusation of damage and that we hired a painter for the day at significant expense and no painting was done. We decided to give Botten's another chance - even though they did not communicate with us we thought it was just one bad experience and we were going to let it go. Fast forward a month, we reserved the scissor-lift again, hired the painter again, and took the time to drive back to Botten's in the truck again only to find out that Botten's had no trailer for the lift. The guy at the desk was cussing some other guy about not knowing "how to manage trailers." So, our reservation meant nothing and again no painting was done and no one from Botten's reached out to us. I am writing this review to save you the same trouble - I am certain that our business, our time and our expense meant absolutely nothing to them. At this point, we've rented the lift elsewhere at a cheaper rate without any hassles and the cost for driving a few more miles was well worth it to deal with true professionals. If I could give this 2025 Botten's ZERO STARS, I would.

I took quite a long time to make final decisions, kept going back and forth on a few things, and at the last minute decided to add a rug and never once did I feel rushed in making decisions or like I was troubling them with all my changes. I was part of my best friends wedding this past weekend and our experience with Party Factory was beyond unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. My best friend placed an order for linens 6 months ago to which she was told they would be able to fulfill said order. Two weeks before the wedding (nearly 6 months since placing the order) she was contacted by Party Factory informing her they did not have the colors she wanted. Upset but understanding things happen, she came up with a solution and choose to do all white linens to which she was then told they also cannot fulfill. Again this was two weeks before her wedding after months of being told that everything was fine and she would be able to get the linens she needed/wanted. Upon the day of the set up and rehearsal (the day before the wedding) the linens were dropped off--this include disproportionate amounts of black, grey, silver, and white. On top of this, two of the white table clothes had stains and the company did not drop off the drapes for the ceremony backdrop. We called and waited to have them delivered. Further when they were delivered, there were lose threads and not all of the drapes were there. At this point we were so behind we did not have time to wait for more so we did what we could to make it work despite the mistakes made by this company. Thankfully, the venue allowed us to use some of their own and we ended up not using any of the black cloths. The night of the wedding when Party Factory came to pick them up the owner Cyrus was present and the wedding coordinator explained the stains and how we had not used the black asking for a refund. Cyrus was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and demeaning telling the wedding coordinator to "lower her expectations" and that she "obviously doesn't know the industry and has never done this before" to which she quickly corrected that she was a wedding coordinator and had been part of this industry for awhile. Further, several days after the wedding Cyrus sent an email to the bride accusing her of being a "bully" stating that "[she was] rude to [his] staff, and has unrealistic expectations of people especially after [she] hasbeen a bully to them.  [He and the staff] all love working on events and helping to make events the best product that [they] can, when [they] are working with people who are nice and share [their] goals of a great event it encourages [them] to double [their] efforts, however you [the customer] crap on people and are not the kind of customer [he] wants to work with.  Please use another company in the future." It is also worth noting that the individual he emailed (the bride) was not even present during the time of this encounter. I am in awe of the unprofessionalism and disrespect. I cannot express into words how much I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants an stress-free and communicative experience for their wedding or other events.

Our experience was stellar all three years. They are easy to work with and very clear about logistics and prices. They arrived with deliveries on time as promised, and picked up on schedule. The troubles began when it became apparent that the much-needed wedding chairs and architect were missing from the ceremony venue. The only silver lining during this frustrating time was the hotel shuttle buses, which kindly offered cool air and shade to our guests. However, this gesture was in no way the responsibility of the rental company and instead a result of the hotel's considerate staff. The lack of communication from LGS Events and Party Rental added insult to injury. They failed to provide any updates or information to the wedding party, leaving us in the dark about when or if the chairs and arch would ever arrive. This lack of accountability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, especially on such an important day.
