My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.

A few hours after the inspection Josh provided an in-depth report with captioned photos. He also gave us an easy to read bulleted summary of the major and minor issues that he saw and even told us some of the possible issues that could arise in the future.
