Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled. Mike came and gave us an estimate and a time frame to complete the jobs. Not only did they show up on time but when we discovered that our refrigerator had been leaking overnight resulting in a considerable amount of water in our basement, they offered to fix it, which saved an expensive plumbing bill.
