I had a different radon mitigation company install a fan in my system, once the work was done and it didn't work the technician told me that he hadn't seen one like mine before. His work blew out a fuse in my home as the fan wasn't correct for the system. They charged over $300 for this service. I texted a couple of pictures over to John at hometek and he immediately identified my system and said he could fix it quickly. He came out and took care of the issue by completely upgrading the system and charged the same amount that the other company wanted for the work. John then told me that he'd work to get me a full refund for what I had already paid if I wanted. I was shocked at how good the customer service was and would recommend Hometek to anyone needed a radon mitigation system. John is honest, reasonably priced, and just a nice guy.
