I have always been a DIY kind of girl, so shampooing my own carpets was nothing new to me. Having 5 dogs, the need to clean my floors is an every day occurence. He sent 2 of his guys out to my house, Wren and Don, and these poor men spent a couple of hours walking through my house, investigating every room to try and pinpoint where my offensive odor was coming from. I don't think any other company would have taken so much time, but they never complained - they were truly trying to help. Although they didn't smell what I thought to be a moldy smell, they offered to clean my carpets with concrobium, to give me peace of mind. Within a couple of days, they were back out, keeping their word and even cleaning my couches, which I thought had absorbed the smell. They did an excellent and THOROUGH job, taking their time and even helping me move the furniture around as needed, which they didn't have to do. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of carpet cleaning. I asked a lot of questions and learned a lot. Matt has the latest, greatest equipment, he is very dependable and a hard worker. I hired Matt to clean my carpets and tile. Matt was very patient and flexible! The cleaners I hired kept changing their schedule and then didn't finish on time, which meant Matt's start time kept changing. As it turned out the carpet cleaning needed to be done on a Sunday. Matt came himself with one of his workers. How many times do you see an owner working on a Sunday? They vacuumed first, which was a huge help. The carpets and tile were so dirty it took him 3 hours. AND the tile/grout in my kitchen area is once again the color I chose when we added it to our home. His friendly, professional attitude made him a pleasure to deal with, and his assistant (I want to say Brian, and feel awful that I don't remember!!) was equally as great to work with.
