Hats off to Jeremy, Michael & Ms. Mary, in the office, for their impeccable customer service. Since…read morethe day I called asking about an estimate to the final drive away from the collision center, they have given Southern Hospitality meaning. Ms. Mary always greets me with a smile and kind attitude. Jeremy has kept me in the loop, weekly, on the status of repairs being made. Mr. Michael blew me away this afternoon with his willingness to get to the root of a problem we noticed when I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon inspection, he noticed that my check engine light was on. He asked if this was on when I brought my vehicle in for initial repair. I stated it was not but assumed it was due to recently frigid temperatures where the car had sat without being driven. Mr. Michael immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. It was found that a sensor just needed to be re-attached and the code cleared. Just to be sure the problem was remedied, he offered to take it for a test drive. When he returned, I learned that the check engine light was gone- problem solved! Mr. Michael offered his warm apologies about the sensor issue but no apology was needed. I was truly taken back by the urgency in which he took towards ensuring that my vehicle was safe to operate, when he certainly didn't have to. In a world of hustle and bustle to "just get things done", I am truly grateful for the kindness I was shown at the Lebanon, Tennessee location, as well as the commitment to customer service. This crew went above and beyond! They not only got the job done but took extra care to ensure that it was done right. I will recommend this location to anyone in need! Kudos for being the exception!!

1 star. i do not recommend this facility…read more my experience with caliber collision was extremely disappointing. my vehicle was kept for approximately three months, and throughout that time i was repeatedly told that it would be ready "the following week." those dates continued to change, and i have messages documenting these conversations. my insurance company was also aware of the repeated delays. regarding the noise i recently returned for, this was my third visit. during my first visit, my vehicle was test-driven because of the noise. during my second visit, i had an appointment, my vehicle was kept for several hours and supposedly inspected. i was told they could not find anything and was specifically instructed to record a video if i heard the noise again. i returned for a third time and left my vehicle at the facility. they kept it for approximately 24 hours. i was told they would look at it, but by 4 pm i had still received no call, so i had to call them myself. i was then told that there was "new damage" to parts that had been replaced. i strongly disagree with that statement. i brought my vehicle back previously specifically so the issue could be inspected, and i was told after that inspection that nothing was found. what concerns me most is that i was told the vehicle had not previously been placed on a lift and that this was supposedly the reason the new damage was discovered this time. if the vehicle had been properly inspected during my previous appointment, this should have been identified then. i also had a very disappointing experience with auburne morrow, the person responsible for my vehicle. the communication and treatment i received were, at times, disrespectful and unprofessional. i have screenshots, messages, videos and documentation supporting my experience. i am leaving this review because customers deserve honesty, transparency, proper communication and professional treatment.

I paid for my car to be repaired at the bodyshop after the insurance totaled the vehicle in…read moreFebruary 2026. The initial service was excellent, but it went down hill after the heavy rains this May and my headlight bulbs blow because rain got in the headlight. I called the shop and told them. They said bring it back so they can look at the headlight. When I came back a few days later yo find out what caused that problem. They told be the headlight was damaged after the repair, but I kept telling the manager Mike that doesn't make sense because nothing else around the headlight was damaged. So, he said well I will waive the cost of labor. So, I asked them to give me a quote and we started talking about the price of a new verse old headlight and one of the receptionist stated that headlight is $1600 new. I figured it was high that is the reason why yall are trying to get out of replacing the headlight. I located a picture about 30 minutes after leaving the shop that showed the scuff at the time the car was originally dropped off. I called the manager Mike and texted him a pucture of the light and he stated I see the orginal damage but we are not covering it. So, I called driven brand the national chain for Maaco and spoke with a customer service rep the next day and she called the location to see if something could be worked out. They told her the headlight was already damaged. I asked her did they inform her why they put on a damaged headlight. She said they stated the insurance total out the vehicle. I informed her what does that have to do with the headlight. I personally paid to have the car repaired. She stated she will follow up with the repair shop and they should be given me a call. I never received a call. So, I filed a complaint with BBB and this time they responded to the BBB stating I declined to have the headlight repaired. Now this would be third lie they have stated about the headlight. So, I responded letting the BBB know this is the first I've heard about me declining the headlight being repaired, because if that was not true. If that was the case why did they not stated that when I called them in May stating the headlight has water and also how come the manager Mike didn't tell me that when he was telling me the damaged was caused after repair. Noone told me I declined a headlight repair but that is the reason they provided BBB. I would have never declined the headlight being replaced. Especially since the car was by deceased husband car and I would approve any repair needed on the vehicle. That is the reason why I kept the car. I decided to have another shop repair the light, because I believe they do not operater with integrity. I asked the new body shop could they tell what caused the damage. They brought the headlight from the back and stated it suffered a great impact along the back of the headlight. The headlight had a bracket broken off and a big crack. To me it appeared that someone drop the headlight and put it back. Hoping I would not figure out it was damaged for a while, but the rains revealed the damage within 60 days of the repair. I don't appreciate them being unethical and lying on me about I what I declined. I didn't decline any services.

It's now may 30th almost a whole month and they STILL don't have my vehicle ready. I've spoken to a few people and they said they used to be a good establishment until recent years were they slack off and come up with every single excuse in the book. They're charging me $5,000+ and now they're saying my car is still not ready. So unprofessional will NEVER be coming here again. Save your time and go somewhere else. Update - got my vehicle back and it's not working still and now there's things that weren't wrong with it coming on now
