1 star. i do not recommend this facility. my experience with caliber collision was extremely disappointing. my vehicle was kept for approximately three months, and throughout that time i was repeatedly told that it would be ready "the following week." those dates continued to change, and i have messages documenting these conversations. my insurance company was also aware of the repeated delays. regarding the noise i recently returned for, this was my third visit. during my first visit, my vehicle was test-driven because of the noise. during my second visit, i had an appointment, my vehicle was kept for several hours and supposedly inspected. i was told they could not find anything and was specifically instructed to record a video if i heard the noise again. i returned for a third time and left my vehicle at the facility. they kept it for approximately 24 hours. i was told they would look at it, but by 4 pm i had still received no call, so i had to call them myself. i was then told that there was "new damage" to parts that had been replaced. i strongly disagree with that statement. i brought my vehicle back previously specifically so the issue could be inspected, and i was told after that inspection that nothing was found. what concerns me most is that i was told the vehicle had not previously been placed on a lift and that this was supposedly the reason the new damage was discovered this time. if the vehicle had been properly inspected during my previous appointment, this should have been identified then. i also had a very disappointing experience with auburne morrow, the person responsible for my vehicle. the communication and treatment i received were, at times, disrespectful and unprofessional. i have screenshots, messages, videos and documentation supporting my experience. i am leaving this review because customers deserve honesty, transparency, proper communication and professional treatment. read more

Don't waste your money or time at Caliber Collision. This is scam company that only does enough to get by or to make you leave. Update: If I could leave negative stars, I would. After posting the last complaint, we were approached by the new customer service manager. Apparently, the last manager that dodged our called was so ill equipped that he was let go. He assured us that things would be different. This is not the case. We got one part that was missing (a sticker for the floor board). We are still waiting on a part that was lost during repair - a hood cowl. When we look up parts online, the part is available, but they continually state that they are waiting for the part. We get no responses from the company unless we call and even then it's a toss up if they will be available. They never hold up their end of the contract. Just excuses. It's been 7 months waiting for this service to be completed. Worst repair company I've ever worked with. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Cecilia Cline is rude as hell and not professional whatsoever. She first acted ugly with me on the phone that I had to come in person to see my car before they got started on anything. I made an appointment for the next morning at 11:30am working around my work schedule and unfortunately dr appointment due to being injured in the accident itself. I was talking with the receptionist when Cecilia came out interrupting me and the receptionist to ask her "what are we getting for lunch" then got an attitude when told that I was there for my scheduled walkthrough for my car and stormed off and came back with a still nasty attitude. I tried to brush it off but she kept on being ugly. I pointed out that Mud was caked into the interior of my car, on the dash, wheel, gearshift, floorboard, and my cloth seats that was not there prior to them having custody of my car to which she very rudely told me that it was the wrecker service that had my cars fault. I responded to her that I saw my cars prior to them having custody of it and it was clean as I am a clean freak with my car. She then proceeded to almost shout at me that I would have to take it up with my insurance if I expected my car to be clean just as I left it prior to them having a towing company take my car to them when they returned it. I even signed up for text messages updates which I did not get & had not heard from then since receiving the quote and when I called 5 weeks later demanding an update pretty heated they said my car was in paint and expected to be ready in time and I had "opted out of message updates" which is BS since I never got them in the first place even though I signed my name by "send me text message updates. Cecilia would then call me and give me an update after chewing her out for it and tell me the same thing 3 days apart and call it an update. My car was also delayed twice in regard to being picked up. When I finally had the clear to pick my car up, I had my mother come with me since I had no car after returning a rental car that I had to pay out of pocket for. Cecilia ran away as soon as she saw me come in then came back later to walk me through my car after being told I will not pay nor sign anything until I see my car and was nice only when my mother was present. As soon as she was alone with me again to look at my car Cecilia was extremely rude once again. My car was not fixed correctly the 1st time and had to be brought back due to it making a squeaking sound and a clanking noise as well. And apparently I was not the only one as there were a couple that had to bring back their car at the same time Save yourself the time and hassle and don't even bother going here. If you get Cecilia she is a B***h, especially if you are young (I am 22 for reference), and ask for someone else completely. Caliber Collision (I used the one located in Mt. Juliet) is not someplace I will ever go to willingly if I knew any of this beforehand. read more

I had bumped off my passsenger side mirror casing and Caliber repaired it. Less than a year later the top casing came off in a car wash. Fortunately the car wash had it in the tunnel. Made an appt. and was then told that they would not adhere it back on the base. That was all I was asking. The (manager? not sure, no name tag but had his card) told me at the car with another employee, that they would not repair it, that I should go to the manager of the car wash and make them take responsibility. This car is an expensive SUV less than two years old. In answer to my question if they would stand behind their previous work, he said that if I had not told him it came off in the car wash, they would have adhered it back on. After my same Google review, Caliber wrote in response, to send them the location (I had stated it) and my email if they'd like me to contact them. I did that and have not heard back. Since then the bottom piece of the same mirror has come off and I don't have it. The driver side mirror they did not repair has all its parts in tact. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They give estimates, not quotes which means they will fleece you for an enormous markup. This business model is a scam!!!! Nowhere in writing did we receive that there is a markup between 10-30 % and we were charged an extra 25% or $750 dollar. Either they are terribly inept and can't manage to properly estimate damage, OR they are fleecing individuals who aren't using insurance (we were not). Also, they kept the car for two weeks and then still didn't want to provide a definite pickup day. Once were were able to pickup the car, we questioned the numbers and demanded an explanation. We were told that we would NOT be having that conversation and to have a seat. OMG!!! WHAT business does that?!!! I refused to have a seat and told them I wasn't leaving until I was provided an explanation and had the keys to the car. We paid the 25% extra and drover away. If you tell them your lawyer will contact them, they will refuse to talk to you. They are very prepared with the lingo/verbage because apparently this is a common issue. The three individuals we spoke with admitted that the markup wasn't in writing and then said we weren't very pleasant during this Christmas season. I laughed because I couldn't imagine anyone being pleasant after being over-charged $750. The receptionist told us that it was her last day. I told her that I hoped she was going somewhere reputable. BEWARE!!! There will be no way of knowing how much you owe whenever you get an "estimate" NOT to be confused with a quote. Go elsewhere. Maneuvering this scam will create a deficit for which you may not be prepared. read more

While the work was done very well, I find the security lacking a lot. While my vehicle was in their possession, someone went into the console of my vehicle and stole my medication. I fully realize that they assume no responsibility for theft, I noticed from my Toyota phone app that the truck was left unlocked several times after working hours which makes it vulnerable to someone stealing. It's pretty low-down to steal a person's medication. There was NO reason to even open the console in order to repair a small dent in the driver side fender. But every night my phone app showed the vehicle left unlocked. This did not need to happen. This marred what would have been a great review. read more

I showed up to my appointment early - the receptionist and the "dent technician" both made me feel uncomfortable. As the tech walked up to my truck, I said "well howdy, I guess I'm next on your list." To which he replies "Well actually you're on the schedule for 3:45" Do you want my money or not? This place acts like they have so much work that each individual project is trivial to them. Thanks for the estimate, but you've not earned my business. My husband made an appointment for a quote on our car. The first young lady was very kind trying to help me by trying to figure a scheduling mix up. When she asked a supervisor to come out and assist, I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. She was very rude when I mentioned Price's Collinson---there is a sign outside saying that Price's is now Caliber Collision. The buy-out happened just over two months ago. I'm so sorry that their systems are messed up when creating appointments and confirmation texts, but that is not the "potential" customers fault. I was scheduling with USAA to have my car fixed. Due to short staffing they were unable to take my car for 2 weeks. Completely understandable. I still brought it in anyway for the walk around and the quote for service the day of the accident. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later to bring in my car only to find out I am working the day of the appointment. I am a nurse and get called into work often and usually do not know when I need to work until the week before. I was upfront with the shop when I originally scheduled and said this may be an issue. I called to see if I could drop off my car ahead of time and was told "I don't know." A few days later I called again to see if drop off was possible and I was told "you'll have to call back to talk to a manager, they aren't here until Monday." It is now Monday and my appointment is tomorrow. I call this morning to see if I can drop off early- "no because we have to do a walk through with someone at the time of drop off." They offered no solutions to this scheduling issue and were completely unhelpful saying i would have to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. I told them we would run into the same issue as I'm a nurse and again relaying that I don't get my schedule until the week before. Again they offered no solution. I would never bring my car here. Cancelled the appointment and now am going somewhere else. read more

We have a ten year old Ford Escape in excellent condition but a poor carpentry job in our garage ended up collapsing and damaging the roof and tailgate of our Escape. We heard about the excellent work done by Caliber Collision in Mount Juliet plus our insurance company recommended them as well. We could not be happier. Everyone at Caliber was amazing and our Advisor Daniel Neville was on our status every minute. We picked up our car today and it looks better than when we bought it used 5 years ago! I was pleased with the repair I had done at Caliber. They called me every couple of days with updates, and had great customer service.

I work with local government and try to patronize local businesses. I seldom need body work. I took by wife's Nissan into Precision once to have a mirror and window replaced. They did an excellent job and treated us seniors with respect and dignity. The manager even offered to testify in court since a construction company hit my wife's truck and refused to pay. I had a garage door malfunction and put a dent in the tailgate of my new Honda yesterday and called these new owners and asked if I could bring in my car for a price to fix the dent. The lady acted like she was doing me a "favor" to try and find a "time slot" sometime off in the future to come in for a small but expensive cash repair? She sent me to a web site to upload a picture to get an estimate??? I did it out of curiosity knowing I'd not do business with anyone who did business that way? Especially on a new 30k car. I had to load a program to use the web site only to be told, it was no longer active??? I called the agency and they said bring the car in any time. Enough said. From now on it is back to the agency for me. read more

I brought my car in after a wreck and had a estimate done. This part SEEMED to go well. When the insurance was ready to pay I dropped my car off for almost a week. Again, that was fine. When I picked up my car it "looked" good but they blindly and carelessly didn't replace the windshield reservoir that was busted, mind you I was hit in the front. So you took my whole front apart and obviously didn't check well enough to see you missed that. So I had to bring my car back in and have them replace this. I take my car home and now it's making a rattling noise. They told me to bring it back in so I did. It sat a whole day there before Katrina called me to say they "didn't hear anything and 4 people test drove it." So I go to pick up my car and even the manager said the same thing. I go outside and start my car and almost instantly heard the noise. I go get Katrina to show them and she's like "sounds suspension ish" but newsflash I wasn't moving so it's not that? And then proceeds to tell me there is nothing that they can do unless I take my car to a shop, pay a diagnostic fee, and then they'll fix it. All in all- worst experience I've ever had, very unpleasant and unprofessional, and I wasted 3 days bringing my car in and I'll never be back. And my car was mechanically sound before the wreck and now that you guys have worked on it, it's making a rattling noise. Poor job. Do not recommend this place AT ALL. read more
