They left a turn key project. It was a big job to demolish our 47x21 driveway and our back patio. Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them. We now have beautiful, even steps that are much safer to use. The reason I chose Oasis is because Mr. Ramos came to my home at the agreed-to time to evaluate the property, was confident in the price he quoted, and was polite and professional. I had some questions after he left, so texted him, and he responded with clear answers. All of this reassured me that he and his crew would be on time and efficient. They were both these things and more! Within 4 hours the blackberry vines, plus the chest-level pile of branches, were in the back of Oasis' service truck. The pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work, and overall we are very happy with the results. The bathroom renovation turned out beautifully. The team replaced the flooring and walls, installed a new bathtub, toilet, and vanity/sink, and also updated the electrical and plumbing. Alex did an excellent job managing these aspects of the renovation. One of our goals was to maximize the bathroom space, and the team successfully repositioned the bathtub to create a more functional layout. Aaron, the site manager, was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the project. He took the time to listen to our requests, communicated clearly, and made sure the finished work aligned with our expectations. His positive attitude and sense of humor also made the process much easier and more enjoyable. We also had vinyl wood flooring installed throughout the home. Nick handled the flooring work, including removing the old carpet and installing the molding, and the finished floors look great.
