They left a turn key project. It was a big job to demolish our 47x21 driveway and our back patio. Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them. We now have beautiful, even steps that are much safer to use. The reason I chose Oasis is because Mr. Ramos came to my home at the agreed-to time to evaluate the property, was confident in the price he quoted, and was polite and professional. I had some questions after he left, so texted him, and he responded with clear answers. All of this reassured me that he and his crew would be on time and efficient. They were both these things and more! Within 4 hours the blackberry vines, plus the chest-level pile of branches, were in the back of Oasis' service truck. It is great to have the deadwood gone but it's the side yard that blows me away. I let Mr. Ramos know ahead of time that my intention was to transform the yard into RV parking and they cut the canes so far down to the ground that I will have no problems laying down sheeting and gravel. Nothing for a week so I reached out and said they'll schedule the following week and they'll get back to me with a firm date. The week they were supposed to arrive, got nothing so I reached back out. Got another response saying she would get back to me first thing the following morning to confirm the date. Crickets... Wasted over 2 weeks waiting but, in the end, I guess they didn't want the work. I gave up and moved onto a more competent and professional company to do the work. Very frustrating.
